【摘要】：敬業(yè)源起于社會(huì)分工,社會(huì)分工引起的負(fù)面影響抹殺了人的勞動(dòng)天性,引起了勞動(dòng)中的不道德現(xiàn)象。敬業(yè)精神與勞動(dòng)和在勞動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)上形成的職業(yè)有關(guān),不同社會(huì)歷史階段和利益集團(tuán)的敬業(yè)精神有一定的差別。馬克思主義敬業(yè)精神是社會(huì)主義敬業(yè)觀的思想基礎(chǔ),也是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀所包含的內(nèi)容之一。影響馬克思主義敬業(yè)精神培育的決定性因素是"合理勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬的實(shí)現(xiàn)";馬克思主義敬業(yè)精神培育的關(guān)鍵是要"實(shí)現(xiàn)體面勞動(dòng)";馬克思主義敬業(yè)精神培育的根本在于"維護(hù)勞動(dòng)公正"。
[Abstract]:Due to the social division of labor, the negative influence caused by the social division of labor obliterates the nature of human work and causes the immoral phenomenon in labor. The spirit of dedication is related to labor and the occupation formed on the basis of labor, and there are some differences in the dedication of different social and historical stages and interest groups. Marxist dedication is the ideological basis of socialist engagement and one of the core values of socialism. The decisive factor influencing the cultivation of Marxist professionalism is "the realization of reasonable remuneration for work", the key to cultivating Marxist professionalism is to "realize decent work", and the key to the cultivation of Marxist professionalism is to "realize decent work". The essence of the cultivation of Marxist spirit of dedication lies in "safeguarding labor justice".
