【摘要】：21世紀(jì),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,我國(guó)已進(jìn)入社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)最關(guān)鍵的階段。人才尤其是創(chuàng)新型人才的價(jià)值越來越凸顯。這符合社會(huì)發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。但是,在物欲橫流、價(jià)值觀日益多元化的今天,我們不能只重視眼前的既得利益,而忽略對(duì)于人自身生命價(jià)值的追尋。通識(shí)教育能較好地完成教育的終極目標(biāo)——促進(jìn)人的自由全面發(fā)展,將社會(huì)需求和個(gè)人發(fā)展和諧地結(jié)合起來。 首先本文分別回顧和歸納了通識(shí)教育和創(chuàng)新能力的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹通識(shí)教育的概念、起源、特點(diǎn),分析創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵及其影響因素。再將“通識(shí)教育與創(chuàng)新能力”作為研究對(duì)象,在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本人對(duì)通識(shí)教育與創(chuàng)新能力的相互作用的關(guān)系的理解,提出實(shí)施通識(shí)教育對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)有促進(jìn)的作用。 其次,針對(duì)這種促進(jìn)機(jī)制是否存在的問題,筆者從腦科學(xué)、心理學(xué)、國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)例來加以證明通識(shí)教育確能促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新能力提高。 最后,在具體機(jī)制如何運(yùn)行上則在分別從通識(shí)教育的教育理念、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方式、文化環(huán)境對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行闡釋,提出構(gòu)建促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新能力提高的通識(shí)教育體系的初步設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of social economy, China has entered the most critical stage of socialist economic construction. The value of talents, especially innovative talents, is becoming more and more prominent. This is in line with the general law of social development. However, in today's increasingly diverse values, we can not only pay attention to the immediate vested interests, but ignore the pursuit of the value of human life. General education can achieve the ultimate goal of education, that is, to promote the free and all-round development of human beings, and to combine the social needs and individual development harmoniously. Firstly, this paper reviews and summarizes the research status of general education and innovation ability, introduces the concept, origin and characteristics of general education, and analyzes the connotation of innovation ability and its influencing factors. Then, taking "general education and innovation ability" as the research object, on the basis of previous studies, I put forward my understanding of the relationship between general education and innovation ability. It is pointed out that the implementation of general education can promote the cultivation of innovative ability of college students. Secondly, in view of the existence of this promotion mechanism, the author from brain science, psychology, domestic and foreign examples to prove that general education can really promote the improvement of innovation ability. Finally, on how to operate the concrete mechanism, the author explains the function mechanism of cultivating innovative ability from the educational idea, teaching content, teaching method and cultural environment of general education respectively. This paper puts forward a tentative idea of constructing a general education system to promote the improvement of innovation ability.
