【摘要】：鄧小平人權(quán)思想是鄧小平理論體系的重要組成部分，是科學(xué)的人權(quán)思想理論；是對(duì)馬克思主義人權(quán)理論的繼承和發(fā)展。在《鄧小平文選》第三卷中，鄧小平根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)政治斗爭(zhēng)的需要，從堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的總體戰(zhàn)略高度出發(fā)，運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法對(duì)人權(quán)問題作了許多精辟而深刻地論述。其內(nèi)涵豐富，博大精深。 本文擬從鄧小平人權(quán)思想的民族化養(yǎng)料——中國古代人權(quán)思想，理論基石——馬克思主義人權(quán)思想，，直接理論來源——毛澤東人權(quán)思想，實(shí)踐依據(jù)——中國社會(huì)主義革命與建設(shè)來分析鄧小平人權(quán)思想確立的理論基礎(chǔ)與實(shí)踐依據(jù)。從人權(quán)的主體是絕大多數(shù)人的思想、是具體的思想；內(nèi)容是強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利是最基本的權(quán)利的思想；實(shí)踐依據(jù)是中國社會(huì)主義革命與建設(shè)來闡釋鄧小平人權(quán)思想理論內(nèi)涵。從鄧小平人權(quán)思想的立足點(diǎn)是人民、基石是共同富裕、主題是獨(dú)立與民主來彰顯鄧小平人權(quán)思想所蘊(yùn)含的時(shí)代特征。從大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力、集中精力搞經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)是人權(quán)的物質(zhì)保障；建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家、實(shí)行依法治國是人權(quán)的政治保證；繁榮各民族文化、提高國民思想文化素質(zhì)是人權(quán)的文化根基來探討當(dāng)代貫徹鄧小平人權(quán)思想的實(shí)踐向度。 從鄧小平人權(quán)思想形成的背景、內(nèi)容和特征以及鄧小平人權(quán)思想的實(shí)踐向度諸方面剖析其內(nèi)在本質(zhì)，這對(duì)我們理解鄧小平人權(quán)思想是馬克思主義人權(quán)理論在中國的新發(fā)展，是中國化的當(dāng)代馬克思主義人權(quán)理論，是新時(shí)期我黨有中國特色的社會(huì)主義人權(quán)理論不斷與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、開拓創(chuàng)新的堅(jiān)實(shí)理論基礎(chǔ)，具有重大的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights is an important part of the theoretical system of Deng Xiaoping, a scientific theory of human rights, and an inheritance and development of Marxist theory of human rights. In the third volume of the selected works of Deng Xiaoping, according to the needs of the realistic political struggle and from the overall strategic height of adhering to and developing the socialist cause, Deng Xiaoping applies the Marxist position. Views and methods have made many incisive and profound expositions on human rights issues. Its connotation is rich, broad and profound. From the nationalization of Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought, the ancient Chinese human rights thought, the theoretical foundation stone, the Marxist human rights thought, the direct theoretical source, Mao Zedong's human rights thought, The theoretical basis and practical basis for Deng Xiaoping's establishment of human rights thought are analyzed by the practical basis of Chinese socialist revolution and construction. From the view that the subject of human rights is the thought of the vast majority of people and the concrete thought, the content is to emphasize that economic right is the most basic right, and the practical basis is to explain the theoretical connotation of Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought by the socialist revolution and construction of China. From the standpoint of Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought is the people, the foundation stone is common prosperity, the theme is independence and democracy to reveal the characteristics of the era contained in Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought. From vigorously developing productive forces, concentrating on economic construction is the material guarantee of human rights, building a socialist country ruled by law and administering the country according to law is the political guarantee of human rights. It is the cultural foundation of human rights to prosper the cultures of all nationalities and to improve the ideological and cultural quality of the people in order to probe into the practical direction of carrying out Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights in the present age. From the background, content and characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought, and from the practical aspect of Deng Xiaoping's human rights thought, the author analyzes its inner essence, which is a new development of Marxist human rights theory in China. It is the contemporary Marxist theory of human rights in China and the socialist theory of human rights with Chinese characteristics in the new period. It is a solid theoretical foundation of innovation and has great theoretical and practical significance.
