【摘要】：人民群眾是社會(huì)物質(zhì)財(cái)富和社會(huì)精神財(cái)富的創(chuàng)造者，是社會(huì)變革的決定力量。群眾工作是黨的全部工作的核心部分。群眾工作是我黨的傳家寶。我們黨是靠群眾工作起家的，也是靠群眾工作發(fā)家的。重視群眾工作是我黨的一貫優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。一部中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的歷史在一定意義上就是做群眾工作的歷史。實(shí)踐證明，黨的群眾觀點(diǎn)、群眾立場(chǎng)、群眾路線始終是我們黨安身立命的根本。加強(qiáng)黨的群眾工作，對(duì)于增強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)，鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位，實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的執(zhí)政目標(biāo)，具有至關(guān)重要的意義。 在大量調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，本文著力增強(qiáng)文章的條理性。首先，從群眾路線、黨的性質(zhì)、以人為本三個(gè)方面分析了加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期黨的群眾工作的必要性，從維護(hù)發(fā)展穩(wěn)定大局推進(jìn)深化改革、凝聚力量推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展、改善干群關(guān)系促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧進(jìn)步、提高執(zhí)政能力鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)等四個(gè)方面分析了加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期黨的群眾工作的重要性；接著，，分析新時(shí)期黨的群眾工作呈現(xiàn)的五個(gè)突出特點(diǎn)和面臨的三大挑戰(zhàn)；最后，從以人為本、利益協(xié)調(diào)、暢通訴求三方面指出了加強(qiáng)群眾工作應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持的基本原則，從加強(qiáng)干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理、建立健全群眾工作機(jī)制四個(gè)層面探討了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期黨的群眾工作的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:People are the creator of social material wealth and social spiritual wealth, and the decisive force of social change. Mass work is the core part of all the Party's work. Mass work is the heirloom of our party. Our party was founded on mass work, but also by the masses of families to become rich. Attaching importance to mass work is our party's consistent fine tradition. In a sense, the history of the Communist Party of China is the history of doing mass work. Practice has proved that the Party's views, stand and line are always the basis for our Party to settle down. Strengthening the mass work of the Party is of great significance for strengthening the ruling foundation of the Party, consolidating the ruling position of the Party and realizing the ruling goal of the Party. On the basis of a large number of investigations and studies, this paper focuses on enhancing the coherence of the article. First of all, it analyzes the necessity of strengthening the mass work of the Party in the new period from the three aspects of the mass line, the nature of the party, and the people-oriented approach, in order to promote the deepening of reform from the overall situation of maintaining development and stability, and to consolidate efforts to promote steady economic and social development. To improve the relationship between cadres and the masses to promote social harmony and progress, to enhance the ruling ability to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party, and to analyze the importance of strengthening the mass work of the Party in the new period. Then, it analyzes the five outstanding characteristics and the three major challenges of the mass work of the Party in the new period. Finally, it points out the basic principles that should be adhered to in strengthening mass work from three aspects: people-oriented, benefit coordination and unimpeded demands, strengthening the construction of cadre ranks, overall coordinated development, and strengthening innovative social management. This paper probes into the effective ways to further strengthen the mass work of the Party in the new period by establishing and perfecting the mass work mechanism.
