鄧小平黨政分開思想研究

【摘要】：正確認識和處理黨同國家政權組織的關系,實行黨政分開,克服權力過分集中、黨政不分甚至以黨代政的問題,加強和改善黨的領導,從而既充分發(fā)揮黨的領導核心作用,又充分發(fā)揮國家政權組織管理國家事務的職能,推進改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設事業(yè)的發(fā)展,是鄧小平政治體制改革思想乃至鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:To correctly understand and handle the relationship between the party and the state power organizations, to separate the party from the government, to overcome the problem of excessive centralization of power, to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, and to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, so as to give full play to the central role of the party's leadership.
