【摘要】：本文通過比較研究的方法，闡述了鄧小平發(fā)展思想與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀之間的異同，論證了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是對鄧小平發(fā)展思想的彌補(bǔ)和創(chuàng)新，得出了如何進(jìn)一步科學(xué)對待鄧小平發(fā)展思想和落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的結(jié)論。鄧小平發(fā)展思想與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的比較研究，可以提高我們學(xué)習(xí)和貫徹鄧小平發(fā)展思想和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的自覺性。能讓我們更全面地認(rèn)識中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律，提高我們的認(rèn)知能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。從某種意義上講，能否充分認(rèn)識他們的發(fā)展思想，關(guān)系著我國改革發(fā)展的推進(jìn)速度快慢，質(zhì)量好壞，，甚至成敗。因此，現(xiàn)階段對深入開展鄧小平發(fā)展思想與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀比較研究，具有很強(qiáng)的實踐意義和現(xiàn)實價值。 研究方法上，本文堅持以科學(xué)理論為依據(jù)，以比較分析為基礎(chǔ)，以探索為目的。綜合運用了文獻(xiàn)研究法，比較分析法，一般研究與重點研究相結(jié)合的方法以及理論聯(lián)系實際的方法。重點研究集中在對鄧小平發(fā)展思想和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的比較方面和比較得到的啟示方面。 通過比較研究，本文作者認(rèn)為：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀實現(xiàn)了對鄧小平發(fā)展思想的三個升華，即從側(cè)重經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展升華為凸顯民生的發(fā)展，從先發(fā)展先富論升華為全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展論，從發(fā)展注意統(tǒng)籌兼顧升華為明確提出五個統(tǒng)籌的方法論。同時，我們要堅持科學(xué)對待鄧小平發(fā)展思想，處理好經(jīng)典與創(chuàng)造的關(guān)系，不斷挖掘鄧小平發(fā)展思想的精髓和智慧。要更加科學(xué)地落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，著重在理論層面，實踐層面，創(chuàng)新層面三個層面上下功夫。通過本文的研究，希望能對發(fā)展觀特別是中國特色社會主義的發(fā)展觀的探索提供一定的理論參考意義。
[Abstract]:By means of comparative study, this paper expounds the similarities and differences between Deng Xiaoping's thought of development and the concept of scientific development, and proves that the concept of scientific development is a remedy and innovation to the thought of Deng Xiaoping's development. The conclusion that how to treat Deng Xiaoping's development thought scientifically and how to carry out the scientific development view is concluded. The comparative study of Deng Xiaoping's development thought and scientific development view can improve our consciousness of studying and carrying out Deng Xiaoping's development thought and scientific development view. It can make us fully understand the development law of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics and improve our cognitive and learning ability. In a sense, whether we can fully understand their development thoughts is related to the speed, quality, and even success or failure of China's reform and development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and practical value to carry out a comparative study of Deng Xiaoping's development thought and scientific development view at the present stage. The research method is based on scientific theory, comparative analysis and exploration. The methods of literature research, comparative analysis, combination of general research and key research, and the method of integrating theory with practice are used synthetically. The research focuses on the comparison and enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's development thought and scientific development view. Through comparative study, the author of this paper holds that the scientific development view has realized three sublimations of Deng Xiaoping's development thought, that is, from focusing on the development of economy to highlighting the development of people's livelihood, from the theory of first developing the rich to the theory of comprehensive and coordinated development. From the development attention to overall consideration sublimation to clearly put forward five overall methodology. At the same time, we should treat Deng Xiaoping's development thought scientifically, deal with the relationship between classics and creation, and constantly excavate the essence and wisdom of Deng Xiaoping's development thought. It is necessary to carry out the scientific development view more scientifically, focusing on the three levels of theory, practice and innovation. Through the study of this paper, we hope to provide some theoretical reference for the exploration of the concept of development, especially the concept of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
