【摘要】：列寧于1921年春領(lǐng)導(dǎo)俄國人民實(shí)行的新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策是社會主義建設(shè)史上的首次改革。它源于社會主義的理論原則和實(shí)踐生活的內(nèi)在矛盾。改革的實(shí)質(zhì)是如何正確認(rèn)識和處理市場關(guān)系與社會主義的結(jié)合,其本體意義關(guān)涉社會主義的本質(zhì)。從初次改革的源頭上總結(jié)和反思其成功和失敗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),可以給我們提供諸多歷史的啟示和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Lenin's new economic policy under the leadership of the Russian people in the spring of 1921 was the first reform in the history of socialist construction. It originates from the inner contradiction between the theory principle of socialism and the practice life. The essence of reform is how to correctly understand and deal with the combination of market relation and socialism, and its Noumenon significance concerns the essence of socialism. Summing up and reflecting on the experience and lessons of its success and failure from the source of the initial reform can provide us with many historical revelations and lessons for reference.
