【摘要】：人才問題是關(guān)系社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)步的重要問題之一，如何在群眾中發(fā)現(xiàn)、培養(yǎng)、選拔對(duì)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)發(fā)展有益的人才，更是我國目前需要面對(duì)的緊迫任務(wù)。雖然當(dāng)今中國與列寧時(shí)期的蘇聯(lián)在發(fā)達(dá)和進(jìn)步程度上有著較大的差別，但中國的社會(huì)主義道路，與蘇聯(lián)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程卻不乏相似之處。因此，深入研究列寧的諸多人才理念，有助于為我國社會(huì)主義人才建設(shè)提供可行性借鑒。本文通過對(duì)列寧培養(yǎng)革命和建設(shè)人才的思想進(jìn)行深入研究來獲得其對(duì)我國人才工作的重要啟示，從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國人才建設(shè)的實(shí)踐。 本文以列寧培養(yǎng)革命和建設(shè)人才思想研究為主題，綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、分析歸納法、歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合法等研究方法，秉著繼承、發(fā)展的態(tài)度對(duì)列寧人才思想的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整合歸納、歷史脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行梳理，概括出列寧人才思想的獨(dú)特之處和對(duì)我國人才工作的重要啟示。本文共分為三個(gè)部分。 第一部分主要闡述了列寧人才理論的思想根基和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。首先，從對(duì)人才這一概念的具體剖析引出列寧所闡述的人才理念。第二，分析列寧人才思想的理論來源和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)，肯定列寧關(guān)于培養(yǎng)革命和建設(shè)人才的思想不是無本之源。第三，理清了列寧人才思想的發(fā)展歷程，對(duì)不同歷史時(shí)期的列寧人才理論的側(cè)重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行把握。 第二部分主要研究了列寧關(guān)于培養(yǎng)革命和建設(shè)人才思想的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)。該部分是本文的研究重點(diǎn)，主要對(duì)列寧發(fā)現(xiàn)人才的方法、培養(yǎng)人才的途徑、保護(hù)人才的方式進(jìn)行了分析和研究。對(duì)列寧針對(duì)各行各業(yè)的人才提出的詳細(xì)培養(yǎng)方案進(jìn)行了具體分析，其中包括對(duì)職業(yè)革命家的重視、對(duì)舊資產(chǎn)階級(jí)人才的合理利用、對(duì)青年人才的信任等。 第三部分主要分析了列寧人才思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。首先，肯定了列寧人才思想是對(duì)馬克思主義人才思想的發(fā)展，使馬克思關(guān)于人才的諸多設(shè)想得以實(shí)現(xiàn)，讓其思想從晦澀的理論變成生動(dòng)的實(shí)踐，對(duì)社會(huì)主義國家人才建設(shè)具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。第二，著重闡述列寧人才思想在中國的繼承和發(fā)展，即中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)人才思想的理論和實(shí)踐探索。第三，，充分肯定了列寧人才思想的重要意義和當(dāng)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The problem of talents is one of the important problems related to the development and progress of the society. How to find, train and select talents beneficial to the development of socialist construction among the masses is an urgent task that our country needs to face at present. Although there are great differences between China and the Soviet Union in Lenin's period in the degree of development and progress, the socialist road of China is similar to the development process of the Soviet Union. Therefore, a thorough study of Lenin's ideas of talents is helpful to provide a feasible reference for the construction of socialist talents in China. In this paper, Lenin's thought of training revolution and building talents is deeply studied in order to obtain its important enlightenment to the work of talents in our country, so as to further promote the practice of talent construction in our country. This paper takes Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents as the theme, and comprehensively applies the methods of literature research, analysis and induction, the combination of history and reality, and inherits. The attitude of development integrates the content of Lenin's talent thought, combs the historical thread, and generalizes the uniqueness of Lenin's talent thought and the important enlightenment to the talent work of our country. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly elaborated Lenin talented person theory thought foundation and the practice foundation. First of all, from the specific analysis of the concept of talent, Lenin elaborated the concept of talent. Secondly, it analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of Lenin's thought on talents, and affirms that Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents is not without roots. Thirdly, it clarifies the development course of Lenin's talent thought, and grasps the emphasis of Lenin's talent theory in different historical periods. The second part mainly studies the content and characteristic of Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents. This part is the focus of this paper, mainly on Lenin to discover the method of talent, training the way of talent, the way to protect the talent were analyzed and studied. This paper makes a concrete analysis of Lenin's detailed training scheme for talents in various professions, including the attention paid to professional revolutionaries, the rational utilization of old bourgeois talents, and the trust of young talents, and so on. The third part mainly analyzes the contemporary value of Lenin's talent thought. First of all, it affirms that Lenin's talent thought is the development of Marxist talent thought, so that many of Marx's ideas on talent can be realized, and his ideas have changed from obscure theory to vivid practice. It is of great significance to the construction of talents in socialist countries. Secondly, the paper expounds the inheritance and development of Lenin's talent thought in China, that is, the Communist Party of China's theoretical and practical exploration of talent thought. Third, fully affirmed the important significance and contemporary value of Lenin's talent thought.
