【摘要】：鄧小平高度重視發(fā)揮管理在社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中的重要作用。他在堅(jiān)持唯物史觀關(guān)于人民群眾是歷史創(chuàng)造者的基本原理指導(dǎo)下,繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了傳統(tǒng)文化中民本思想的積極方面,同時(shí)又結(jié)合時(shí)代要求和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)實(shí)踐,形成了獨(dú)具特色的人本管理思想。本文主要從管理主體、干群關(guān)系、價(jià)值旨?xì)w、制度建設(shè)、科學(xué)方法和權(quán)力運(yùn)行六個(gè)方面闡釋了鄧小平人本管理思想,并從科學(xué)管理、民主管理和目標(biāo)管理三個(gè)方面探討了其方法論啟示。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to giving play to the important role of management in the process of social development. Guided by the basic principle that the masses of the people are the creators of history, he inherited and carried forward the positive aspects of the people-oriented thinking in the traditional culture, and at the same time combined with the requirements of the times and the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Has formed the unique characteristic person-based management thought. This paper mainly explains Deng Xiaoping's humanistic management thought from six aspects: management subject, relationship between cadres and masses, value purport, system construction, scientific method and power operation. Three aspects of democratic management and objective management are discussed.
