【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨是以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)思想的中國工人階級的先鋒隊，，是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心，以實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興和最終實現(xiàn)共產(chǎn)主義為中國人民的共同理想與自己的最高理想。因此，黨為了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國特色社會主義的發(fā)展以實現(xiàn)為之奮斗的理想目標(biāo)，就必須把馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論作為自己實現(xiàn)科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與決策的理論基礎(chǔ)。 馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論，是馬克思主義的核心內(nèi)容，它集中蘊含在科學(xué)社會主義等馬克思主義三大組成部分之中。馬克思主義哲學(xué)揭示了自然、社會和思維發(fā)展的最一般規(guī)律，指出發(fā)展就是事物前進性、上升性的運動，其實質(zhì)是新事物的產(chǎn)生舊事物滅亡；源泉和動力是事物內(nèi)部的矛盾性，就人類社會而言則表現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的矛盾運動，它是人類社會發(fā)展的決定因素；人民群眾是社會發(fā)展的決定力量。馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)則從經(jīng)濟關(guān)系上揭示了資本主義必然滅亡社會主義必然勝利的規(guī)律，只有社會主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系才能適合經(jīng)過了資本主義社會充分發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)力的要求。因為社會主義代替資本主義的根本原因在于社會主義比資本主義更能夠發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力。而科學(xué)社會主義則是指導(dǎo)無產(chǎn)階級進行具體實踐的科學(xué)理論，指導(dǎo)踐行無產(chǎn)階級是資本主義的掘墓人、社會主義的建設(shè)者的歷史使命�？梢姡沂旧鐣l(fā)展規(guī)律是馬克思主義對人類的最大貢獻，我們黨的全部學(xué)說都源于馬克思主義的社會發(fā)展規(guī)律理論，社會發(fā)展規(guī)律是檢驗我們黨決策正確與否的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 改革是社會主義社會的自我完善和自我發(fā)展，是社會主義社會發(fā)展的直接動力，馬克思主義的社會發(fā)展動力理論是我們黨改革的理論依據(jù)。人民群眾是社會發(fā)展的主體和決定力量，是黨取之不盡、用之不竭的力量源泉。而馬克思主義的社會發(fā)展進程理論為黨指明了前進的方向。馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論之所以具有強大的生命力還在于它具有其創(chuàng)新理論，這一理論為黨不斷創(chuàng)新提供了不竭的動力，中國特色社會主義理論體系就是對馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。 總之，黨自成立以來所取得的一切勝利，都在于黨將馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論作為黨實現(xiàn)科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class guided by Marxism and the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the ultimate realization of communism is the common ideal of the Chinese people and their highest ideal. Therefore, in order to lead the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Party must take the Marxist theory of social development as the theoretical basis for its scientific leadership and decision-making. Marxist theory of social development is the core content of Marxism, which is contained in three parts of Marxism, such as scientific socialism. Marxist philosophy reveals the most general law of the development of nature, society and thinking, and points out that development is the movement of advancing and rising of things. As far as human society is concerned, it is manifested in the contradictory movement of productive forces and relations of production, which is the decisive factor of the development of human society, and the masses of the people are the decisive forces of social development. On the other hand, Marxist political economy reveals the rule that capitalism will inevitably perish and socialism will win, and only socialist relations of production can meet the requirements of productive forces which have been fully developed in capitalist society. Because the fundamental reason that socialism replaces capitalism is that socialism can develop productive forces more than capitalism. The scientific socialism is the scientific theory which instructs the proletariat to carry on the concrete practice and the historical mission of the proletariat as the gravedigger of capitalism and the constructor of socialism. It can be seen that revealing the law of social development is the greatest contribution of Marxism to mankind, and all the theories of our Party are derived from the theory of Marxist law of social development, and the law of social development is the standard to test the correctness of our party's decision. Reform is the self-improvement and self-development of socialist society and the direct driving force of socialist social development. The Marxist theory of social development motive force is the theoretical basis of our Party's reform. The masses are the main body and decisive force of social development and the inexhaustible source of power for the Party. The Marxist theory of social development process indicates the direction of the Party's progress. The reason why Marxist theory of social development has strong vitality is that it has its theory of innovation, which provides an inexhaustible motive force for the Party to innovate continuously. The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the innovation and development of Marxist social development theory. In short, all the victories the Party has achieved since its founding lie in the fact that the Marxist theory of social development is regarded as the theoretical basis for the Party to achieve scientific leadership.
