【摘要】：黨的十八大報告強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,“反腐倡廉必須常抓不懈,拒腐防變必須警鐘長鳴”①,表明了我們黨把廉政文化建設(shè)作為一項常態(tài)化的工作來抓,把腐敗問題放到“亡黨亡國”的層面來看。要想永葆中國共產(chǎn)黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性,必須做到堅定不移地反對腐敗,只有反腐工作做好了,才能體現(xiàn)出共產(chǎn)黨人清正廉潔的政治本色。鄧小平是我們黨第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的核心,是改革開放的開創(chuàng)者和“總設(shè)計師”。鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想是我們黨反腐倡廉的重要指導(dǎo)思想,是新時期我們黨加強(qiáng)廉政建設(shè)以及把反腐斗爭推向深入的有力武器。因此,對鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想進(jìn)行整理和總結(jié)具有重要的價值。 本文共分四個部分。緒論：分析了鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想的研究依據(jù)、研究綜述、研究方法、創(chuàng)新之處以及研究意義；第一章：鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想形成的依據(jù),主要從思想基礎(chǔ)、文化淵源、實踐要求三部分展開分析,使我們對鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想形成的依據(jù)有了比較清晰的認(rèn)識；第二章：鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想的內(nèi)容,主要從鄧小平廉政建設(shè)的地位、教育內(nèi)容、措施以及保證四個方面展開了研究,使我們明白了鄧小平為什么提出加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨的廉政建設(shè),并從教育、監(jiān)督、法制等方面闡釋了它們是鄧小平加強(qiáng)廉政建設(shè)途徑、措施和保障的原因；第三章：鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想的價值,主要從哲學(xué)角度探討了其思想導(dǎo)向價值、行為規(guī)范價值以及方法創(chuàng)新價值,使我們對鄧小平廉政建設(shè)思想在思想導(dǎo)向、行為規(guī)范和方法創(chuàng)新等方面的作用有了新的認(rèn)識。 然而,由于反對腐敗斗爭是一項長期而又艱巨的任務(wù),我們黨必須要堅持中國特色的反腐斗爭道路,對廣大黨員干部開展反腐倡廉的教育活動,不斷加強(qiáng)我們黨的廉政文化建設(shè),才能把我們黨的廉政建設(shè)推向新的發(fā)展階段,才能凈化黨風(fēng)、純潔民風(fēng),密切我們黨和人民群眾之間的關(guān)系,為中國特色社會主義建設(shè)營造良好的環(huán)境和氛圍。從這個層面來說,通過開展本文研究,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨的建設(shè),是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的內(nèi)在需要。
[Abstract]:The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC emphasized that "the fight against corruption and the promotion of honesty must be constantly carried out and the alarm bell must be sounded for the fight against corruption and change". It shows that our Party takes the construction of a clean government culture as a normal work and puts the problem of corruption on the level of "subjugation of the Party and subjugation of the country". Deng Xiaoping is the core of the second generation of our Party's leadership, the pioneer of reform and opening up and the "chief designer". Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government is an important guiding ideology of our Party in fighting corruption and advocating honesty. Therefore, it is of great value to collate and summarize Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government.
This article is divided into four parts. Introduction: Analysis of Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government research basis, research review, research methods, innovations and research significance; Chapter 1: Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government basis, mainly from the ideological basis, cultural origins, practical requirements of three parts of the analysis, so that we can build a clean government of Deng Xiaoping. Chapter 2: The content of Deng Xiaoping's thought on building a clean government has been studied from four aspects: the position of Deng Xiaoping's thought on building a clean government, the content of education, the measures and the guarantees to make us understand why Deng Xiaoping proposed to strengthen the construction of a clean government of the ruling party, and from the aspects of education, supervision and law. Chapter Three: The value of Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government, mainly from the philosophical point of view, discusses its value of ideological guidance, the value of norms of conduct and the value of innovative methods, so that we can guide Deng Xiaoping's thought of building a clean government in ideology and conduct rules. There is a new understanding of the role of fan and method innovation.
However, as the struggle against corruption is a long-term and arduous task, our Party must adhere to the road of anti-corruption struggle with Chinese characteristics, carry out anti-corruption education activities for the majority of Party members and cadres, and constantly strengthen the construction of the Party's culture of clean government, so as to push the Party's building of clean government to a new stage of development and purify the Party. To build a good environment and atmosphere for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party by carrying out this study.
