【摘要】：鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的重要內(nèi)容之一,它從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的高度,以綜合協(xié)調(diào)速度、結(jié)構(gòu)與效益的關(guān)系為主線,以實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和總的社會(huì)效益為主旨,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了效益對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的全局性與先導(dǎo)性意義,規(guī)約著上世紀(jì)中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放中經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展方式與發(fā)展進(jìn)程。 本文以鄧小平理論視閾下的“經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想”作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其演進(jìn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了探索,通過(guò)對(duì)其萌芽階段、形成階段、發(fā)展階段以及成熟階段的梳理,意在從其發(fā)展歷程中揭示鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想的基本涵義。鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想不僅具有一般經(jīng)濟(jì)效益概念的基本內(nèi)涵,而且具有獨(dú)特的思想涵義,即強(qiáng)調(diào)微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)層面的質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)觀,強(qiáng)調(diào)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)層面上,要在客觀經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律作用下,通過(guò)比例協(xié)調(diào)、綜合平衡的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)增長(zhǎng)速度的主動(dòng)駕馭與適時(shí)調(diào)控；在科學(xué)技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下通過(guò)提升生產(chǎn)力水平以實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益；通過(guò)有步驟地推進(jìn)改革進(jìn)程以實(shí)現(xiàn)“講求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和總的社會(huì)效益”的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。此外,鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想具有高度的政治內(nèi)涵。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納并系統(tǒng)闡述鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想所具有的豐富內(nèi)容,即從經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)速度、經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律、經(jīng)濟(jì)改革及科學(xué)技術(shù)六個(gè)方面,探析經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的基礎(chǔ)、保障、特征、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、途徑與動(dòng)力,以理清鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系。從鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想的歷史演進(jìn)、基本涵義和思想內(nèi)容可以看出,鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)效益思想具有豐富的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐價(jià)值,它不僅是對(duì)馬克思主義理論的繼承與發(fā)揚(yáng),而且豐富了中國(guó)化馬克思主義的內(nèi)容與精神,推動(dòng)了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的歷史發(fā)展,并將對(duì)我國(guó)“十二五”計(jì)劃的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic benefits is one of the important contents of Deng Xiaoping's economic theory. From the height of economic development strategy, it takes the speed of comprehensive coordination, the relationship between structure and benefit as the main line, and the realization of economic benefits and overall social benefits as the main purpose. The overall and leading significance of benefit to economic development is emphasized, which regulates the development mode and process of economic construction in China in the last century. In this paper, Deng Xiaoping's theory of "economic benefits thought" as the research object, the evolution of the process of its exploration, through its embryonic stage, formation stage, development stage and mature stage of combing, It is intended to reveal the basic meaning of Deng Xiaoping's economic benefits from its development. Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic benefits not only has the basic connotation of the concept of general economic benefits, but also has a unique ideological meaning, that is, emphasizing the view of quality production at the microeconomic level and the macro-economic level, under the action of objective economic laws. Through the proportion coordination, the comprehensive balanced national economy structure to the growth speed active control and the timely control, under the science and technology promotion through raises the productivity level to realize the economic benefit; By promoting the reform process step by step, the harmonious development of "emphasizing economic benefits and overall social benefits" can be realized. In addition, Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic benefits has a high political connotation. On this basis, the rich contents of Deng Xiaoping's economic benefits thought are summarized and systematically expounded, that is, the foundation of economic benefits is analyzed from six aspects: economic quality, economic structure, economic speed, economic law, economic reform and science and technology. Safeguard, characteristic, realization method, way and motive force, in order to clarify Deng Xiaoping's inner logic relation of economic benefit thought. From the historical evolution of Deng Xiaoping's thought on economic benefits, the basic meaning and content of the thought can be seen that the economic benefit thought of Deng Xiaoping has rich theoretical value and practical value, and it is not only the inheritance and development of Marxist theory, Moreover, it enriches the content and spirit of Marxism in China, promotes the historical development of China's economy and society, and will have a positive guiding significance for the economic construction and social development of China's 12th Five-Year Plan.
