【摘要】：馬克思從歷史唯物主義和辯證法的角度去分析了產(chǎn)權(quán)現(xiàn)象，說明馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論是科學(xué)的理論，但是，從歷史發(fā)展的角度來看，馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論需要進一步的發(fā)展和完善，也為我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革指明方向。從理論上講，馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的研究是揭示當今市場經(jīng)濟下的產(chǎn)權(quán)關(guān)系的重要理論武器。從實踐上講，馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論是我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的指導(dǎo)思想，同時，也是揭示了西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)理論存在的缺陷，使我們堅定不移的以馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論作為我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的指導(dǎo)思想。 本文的主體部分主要由三部分組成。 第一部分馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的產(chǎn)生背景及主要內(nèi)容。本部分主要論述了馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論產(chǎn)生的社會背景、經(jīng)濟背景以及理論背景。使我們對馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的產(chǎn)生有一個基本的掌握，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的主要內(nèi)容進行了介紹，主要是從產(chǎn)權(quán)概念、產(chǎn)權(quán)的權(quán)能結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)權(quán)的本質(zhì)幾方面對馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論進行理解。以此，運用馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論分析經(jīng)濟全球化的下的經(jīng)濟形式，并且通過這個過程，發(fā)現(xiàn)馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的科學(xué)性以及前瞻性。 第二部分馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論與西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)制度的比較。本部分在進行比較比較之前，先對西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)理論進行全面的了解，主要是通過對西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的主要代表人物的觀點進行分析，總結(jié)出西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的核心內(nèi)容。在二者比較中，也主要是從產(chǎn)生的時代背景、研究目的、研究視角以及現(xiàn)實關(guān)注的問題這幾方面去發(fā)現(xiàn)二者之間存在的差異。通過比較，對我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的啟示和影響，最終確立我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的指導(dǎo)思想。 第三部分馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的現(xiàn)實啟示。本部分主要是確立馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的指導(dǎo)地位，并且闡述馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的科學(xué)性，明確馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論在我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革過程中所體現(xiàn)出來的指導(dǎo)地位。與此同時，也要求我們正確看待西方現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)理論，，對其中的合理成分我們應(yīng)該吸收借鑒，使馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實踐過程中不斷的完善。 馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論是我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的指導(dǎo)思想，為此，由于馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的歷史局限性，要求我們在市場經(jīng)濟實踐的過程中，促進馬克思產(chǎn)權(quán)理論的不斷發(fā)展和完善，這是理論的需要，更是實踐的需要。
[Abstract]:Marx analyzed the phenomenon of property right from the angle of historical materialism and dialectics, and explained that Marx's property right theory is a scientific theory. However, from the perspective of historical development, Marx's property right theory needs further development and improvement. Also for our country property right system reform to point out the direction. Theoretically speaking, the study of Marx's property right theory is an important theoretical weapon to reveal the property right relationship under the present market economy. In practice, Marx's property right theory is the guiding ideology of property right system reform in our country, and it also reveals the defects of western modern property right theory. Make us unswervingly take Marx property right theory as the guiding ideology of property right system reform in our country. The main part of this paper consists of three parts. The first part is the background and main content of Marx's property right theory. This part mainly discusses the social background, economic background and theoretical background of Marx's property right theory. So that we have a basic grasp of the emergence of Marx's property rights theory, on this basis, the main contents of Marx's property rights theory are introduced, mainly from the concept of property rights, the structure of property rights' power, The nature of the property rights to understand the Marxist theory of property rights. In this paper, the author analyzes the economic form under the economic globalization by using Marx's property right theory, and through this process, finds out that Marx's property right theory is scientific and forward-looking. The second part is the comparison between Marx's property right theory and western modern property right system. Before the comparison, this part makes a comprehensive understanding of the western modern property rights theory, mainly through the analysis of the main representatives of the western modern property rights theory, summarizes the core content of the western modern property rights theory. In the comparison of the two, the differences between the two are found mainly from the background of the generation, the purpose of the research, the perspective of the research and the problems concerned in reality. Through the comparison, the enlightenment and influence to the property right system reform of our country, finally establish the guiding ideology of the property right system reform of our country. The third part is the realistic enlightenment of Marx's property right theory. This part is mainly to establish the guiding position of Marx's property right theory, to expound the scientific nature of Marx's property right theory, and to clarify the guiding position of Marx's property right theory in the process of property right system reform in our country. At the same time, it also requires us to treat the western modern property right theory correctly, and we should absorb and draw lessons from the reasonable elements in order to make Marx's property right theory perfect continuously in the practice of economic development. Marx's property right theory is the guiding ideology of property right system reform in our country. Therefore, due to the historical limitation of Marx's property right theory, we are required to promote the continuous development and perfection of Marx's property right theory in the course of market economy practice. This is the need of theory and practice.
