【摘要】：馬克思、恩格斯論述的"消滅分工",不是消滅世間的一切分工,而是消滅舊式分工、實(shí)現(xiàn)新式分工,消滅自發(fā)分工、實(shí)現(xiàn)自覺分工,消滅勞動(dòng)者分工、發(fā)展勞動(dòng)分工的社會(huì)演進(jìn)過程。分工的消滅既依賴于生產(chǎn)力的高度發(fā)展,又表征為異化勞動(dòng)的消除和私有制的消滅。"消滅分工"為實(shí)現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展則是"消滅分工"的理論目的和歸宿。
