【摘要】：列寧的工會(huì)思想作為列寧主義的重要部分,是在繼承馬克思主義工會(huì)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)俄國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)外的工會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際而創(chuàng)立的全新工會(huì)思想。列寧非常重視工會(huì)在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中的作用,并在實(shí)踐中對(duì)工會(huì)的性質(zhì)和地位做出了深刻的分析。學(xué)習(xí)列寧的工會(huì)思想,對(duì)我國(guó)工會(huì)的建設(shè)具有重要的價(jià)值與啟示。全文以時(shí)間軸為線索,結(jié)合列寧各時(shí)期的文集,對(duì)列寧工會(huì)思想的形成條件、基本內(nèi)涵及其現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的探討。第一部分介紹了列寧工會(huì)思想的理論來(lái)源和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。馬克思恩格斯關(guān)于工會(huì)的思想是列寧工會(huì)思想的來(lái)源,馬克思恩格斯認(rèn)為工會(huì)具有維權(quán)性和組織性,并揭示出工會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)肩負(fù)著無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)解放的歷史使命。列寧在十月革命前吸收了馬克思恩格斯工會(huì)思想的精髓,尤其重視工會(huì)的革命性,并在俄國(guó)工會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)罷工活動(dòng)中,揭露了資產(chǎn)階級(jí)聯(lián)合沙皇政府剝削壓迫無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)的伎倆。在列寧的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,俄國(guó)工會(huì)斗爭(zhēng)經(jīng)歷了萌芽、發(fā)展和走向成熟三個(gè)時(shí)期,在俄國(guó)工會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)之上,列寧的工會(huì)思想逐漸發(fā)展起來(lái)。十月革命后,列寧更為重視工會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)職能和宣傳教育職能,同時(shí)在黨內(nèi)圍繞工會(huì)問(wèn)題的大討論和第三國(guó)際的成立這兩大歷史事件中,列寧對(duì)工會(huì)建設(shè)和工人組織運(yùn)動(dòng)中的錯(cuò)誤思想進(jìn)行了批評(píng),引導(dǎo)國(guó)內(nèi)工會(huì)建設(shè)和國(guó)際工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的正確發(fā)展方向。第二部分對(duì)列寧工會(huì)思想的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析。十月革命后,特別是在新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策時(shí)期,列寧就工會(huì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了多次演講、作了很多重要論述,明確了工會(huì)在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中的重要地位。工會(huì)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的重要組成部分,在經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。列寧在高度肯定了其經(jīng)濟(jì)職能以外,認(rèn)為它是“共產(chǎn)主義學(xué)�！焙汀包h與人民的傳送裝置”。列寧提出,工會(huì)一方面要對(duì)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)進(jìn)行知識(shí)和文化技術(shù)的傳播,發(fā)揮好教育職能;另一方面要作為黨和群眾的聯(lián)系紐帶,發(fā)揮雙重維權(quán)性,既維護(hù)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)的利益又維護(hù)好職工個(gè)人的利益。在強(qiáng)調(diào)工會(huì)的重要地位的同時(shí),列寧主張通過(guò)提高國(guó)民素質(zhì)和緊密聯(lián)系群眾等方法,來(lái)促進(jìn)工會(huì)的發(fā)展。第三部分基于對(duì)我國(guó)工會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)了列寧工會(huì)思想的重要現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示:一是我們要充分重視工會(huì)對(duì)于社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的意義;二是要重視工會(huì)的內(nèi)部調(diào)整與自身改革;三是積極營(yíng)造工會(huì)發(fā)展所需要的社會(huì)條件;四是工會(huì)發(fā)展要充分發(fā)揚(yáng)實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新精神。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Leninism, Lenin's trade union thought was founded on the basis of inheriting Marxist trade union thought and combining the development of trade union at home and abroad in Russia at that time. Lenin attached great importance to the role of trade unions in socialist construction and made a profound analysis of the nature and status of trade unions in practice. Studying Lenin's thought of trade union has important value and enlightenment to the construction of our country's trade union. Based on the clue of time axis and the collection of works of Lenin in various periods, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the forming conditions, basic connotation and practical enlightenment of Lenin's trade union thought. The first part introduces the theoretical source and practical basis of Lenin's trade union thought. Marx and Engels' thought on trade union is the source of Lenin's thought of trade union. Marx and Engels believe that trade union has the nature of safeguarding rights and organization, and reveals that the trade union movement shoulders the historical mission of proletarian liberation. Before the October Revolution, Lenin absorbed the essence of Marx and Engels' trade union thought, paid special attention to the revolutionary trade union, and exposed the tactics of exploiting and oppressing the proletariat by the bourgeois United czar government during the strike of the Russian trade union movement. Under Lenin's leadership, the Russian trade union struggle experienced three periods: germination, development and maturity. On the basis of the practice of the Russian trade union movement, Lenin's trade union thought gradually developed. After the October Revolution, Lenin paid more attention to the economic construction function and propaganda and education function of the trade union. At the same time, in the two historical events of the inner-party discussion on the trade union issue and the establishment of the third International, Lenin criticized the wrong ideas in the trade union construction and the workers' organization movement and guided the correct development direction of the domestic trade union construction and the international workers' movement. The second part analyzes the basic connotation of Lenin's trade union thought. After the October Revolution, especially in the new economic policy period, Lenin made many speeches on the trade union issue, made many important expositions, and made clear the important position of the trade union in the socialist construction. As an important part of economic life, trade unions play an important role in economic life. Lenin highly affirmed his economic function as a "communist school" and a "party and people's transmission device." Lenin pointed out that trade unions should, on the one hand, disseminate knowledge and cultural technology to the proletariat and give full play to their educational functions; on the other hand, they should act as a link between the party and the masses and play a dual role in safeguarding their rights. Safeguard the interests of the proletariat as well as the interests of the individual workers. While emphasizing the important position of the trade union, Lenin advocated to promote the development of the trade union by means of improving the quality of the people and keeping in close touch with the masses. The third part, based on the analysis of the current situation of trade union development in China, summarizes the important practical enlightenment of Lenin's trade union thought: first, we should pay full attention to the significance of trade union for social harmony and stability, second, we should attach importance to the internal adjustment and self-reform of trade union; The third is to actively create the social conditions needed for the development of trade unions, and the fourth is to give full play to the spirit of practical innovation in the development of trade unions.
