【摘要】：人權(quán)一直是馬克思理論研究的重要組成部分，也是人類共同的理想追求。因此，研究馬克思人權(quán)觀對于當(dāng)代社會的人權(quán)發(fā)展、實(shí)踐都有十分重要的意義。筆者試圖依據(jù)馬克思人權(quán)觀發(fā)展的軌跡，從歷史邏輯的角度，挖掘馬克思著作中的人權(quán)觀點(diǎn)，闡述他的人權(quán)觀是如何萌芽的、他是如何批判繼承前人人權(quán)思想的，到后來構(gòu)建成自己的歷史唯物主義的馬克思人權(quán)觀。馬克思人權(quán)觀以全人類的全面自由發(fā)展為旨向的內(nèi)涵，對于我國中國特色社會主義人權(quán)建設(shè)，具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義，是我國人權(quán)事業(yè)的理論基礎(chǔ)和價(jià)值導(dǎo)向。 本文共有5個(gè)部分，首先，簡要論述了選題的緣起與國內(nèi)外對于該論題的研究狀況，其次，主要依據(jù)時(shí)間的脈絡(luò)闡述馬克思人權(quán)思想的淵源，有早在古羅馬、古希臘時(shí)期的智者派，有16世紀(jì)的莫爾，以及洛克、孟德斯鳩、盧梭、黑格爾與空想社會主義者們，許多偉人前輩的思想直接或者間接的影響著馬克思，這對馬克思后來創(chuàng)立自己的歷史唯物主義的人權(quán)觀是影響巨大的。筆者嘗試順著時(shí)間的軌跡，從馬克思著作中探索人權(quán)觀點(diǎn)，從《博士論文》首次接觸自由的問題開始，到經(jīng)過《萊茵報(bào)》時(shí)期，馬克思關(guān)于“每個(gè)人的自由發(fā)展”的思想開始萌芽，此后，經(jīng)過批判青年黑格爾派的人學(xué)思想，擺脫黑格爾的影響走向費(fèi)爾巴哈的“人本主義”，到后來揚(yáng)棄費(fèi)爾巴哈的類本質(zhì)，馬克思最終創(chuàng)立出自己的人權(quán)觀。完成了“宗教解放”到“政治解放”，開始了“政治解放”到“經(jīng)濟(jì)解放”的過程。馬克思轉(zhuǎn)向了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究，通過《手稿》對國家經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)進(jìn)行研究分析并闡述他的人權(quán)觀。隨著后來《圣神家族》、《形態(tài)》、《共產(chǎn)黨宣言》等著作的問世，實(shí)現(xiàn)了“經(jīng)濟(jì)解放”到“人的解放”，，馬克思最終確立了歷史唯物主義的人權(quán)觀，得到了其特有的內(nèi)涵、特性、旨?xì)w。論文的最后，將馬克思人權(quán)觀與我國的現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合，作為科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的理論根基，將它運(yùn)用于社會實(shí)踐并指導(dǎo)社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)，是中國共產(chǎn)黨人的一貫追求。
[Abstract]:Human rights have always been an important part of Marx's theoretical research and the common ideal pursuit of human beings. Therefore, the study of Marx's concept of human rights is of great significance to the development of human rights in contemporary society. According to the track of the development of Marx's concept of human rights, and from the angle of historical logic, the author tries to dig out the viewpoint of human rights in Marx's works, to expound how his concept of human rights came into being, and how he criticizes and inherits his predecessors' thought of human rights. Later, he constructed his own Marxist concept of human rights in historical materialism. Marx's concept of human rights, which aims at the all-round and free development of all mankind, has great practical guiding significance for the construction of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, and is the theoretical basis and value orientation of the cause of human rights in our country. There are five parts in this paper. Firstly, the origin of the topic and the research status at home and abroad are briefly discussed. Secondly, the origin of Marx's thought on human rights is expounded according to the context of time, as early as in ancient Rome. In ancient Greece, the Wise School, with Mohr in the 16th century, and Locke, Montesquieu, Rousseau, Hegel, and Utopian Socialists, the ideas of many great men's forebears directly or indirectly influenced Marx. This had a great impact on Marx's later creation of his own historical materialism of human rights. I try to follow the track of time, from Marx's works to explore the human rights point of view, from the "doctoral thesis" first contact with the issue of freedom, to after the "Rhine newspaper" period, Marx's thought of "the free development of every human being" began to sprout. After that, after criticizing the humanism of the young Hegel school, he got rid of the influence of Hegel and went to Feuerbach's "humanism". After sublation of Feuerbach's nature, Marx finally created his own concept of human rights. The process of "religious liberation" to "political liberation" was completed and the process of "political liberation" to "economic liberation" began. Marx turned to the field of economics and analyzed the state economics through manuscripts and expounded his view of human rights. With the coming out of such works as "the Holy Spirit", "form" and "the Manifesto of the Communist Party", Marx finally established the concept of human rights of historical materialism and got its unique connotation and characteristics. Purport. Finally, it is the consistent pursuit of the Communist Party of China to combine Marx's concept of human rights with the reality of our country as the theoretical foundation of the scientific concept of development, and to apply it to social practice and guide the socialist market economy.
