【摘要】：正是生產(chǎn)關(guān)系概念的形成,馬克思科學(xué)闡述了經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)與上層建筑的關(guān)系,即經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)決定上層建筑,上層建筑反作用于經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。就馬克思而言,生產(chǎn)關(guān)系概念的形成、社會歷史的本質(zhì)和規(guī)律的揭示是從"國家"開始的。馬克思研究國家、法和宗教,論述其與市民社會關(guān)系,形成生產(chǎn)關(guān)系概念,揭示了二者的正確關(guān)系,從"國家"走向"國家的深處"。國家、法和宗教等成了上層建筑的內(nèi)容,而"國家的深處",則指決定"國家"的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系(經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)),以及經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)與上層建筑的辯證關(guān)系,社會歷史的本質(zhì)和發(fā)展規(guī)律。在闡釋生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)的時(shí)候,馬克思始終沒有離開"國家",始終承認(rèn)和強(qiáng)調(diào)"國家"即上層建筑的地位和作用。社會是經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)與上層建筑的統(tǒng)一體,二者各居其所,各得所用。
[Abstract]:It is the formation of the concept of relations of production. Marx scientifically expounded the relationship between economic base and superstructure, that is, economic base determines superstructure, superstructure reacts on economic base. As far as Marx is concerned, the formation of the concept of relations of production and the revelation of the essence and law of social history begin with the "state". Marx studied the state, law and religion, discussed their social relations with the citizens, formed the concept of production relations, and revealed the correct relationship between them, from the "state" to "the depth of the country". State, law and religion have become the contents of superstructure, while "the depth of the country" refers to the relations of production (economic basis), the dialectical relationship between economic base and superstructure, the essence of social history and the law of development. In explaining the relations of production and the economic base, Marx never left the "state" and always recognized and emphasized the position and function of the "state", that is, the superstructure. Society is the unity of economic base and superstructure.
