列寧的人民群眾理論及當代價值

【摘要】：列寧作為偉大的馬克思主義者和開辟社會主義革命和建設的第一人,不僅繼承了馬克思、恩格斯提出的群眾觀,更是在實踐中給予了豐富和發(fā)展,從而形成了系統(tǒng)的人民群眾理論。文章從分析列寧人民群眾理論形成的時代背景和理論基礎入手,對列寧人民群眾理論從核心和操作兩個方面做了論述并梳理出了列寧人民群眾理論的內在邏輯關系。列寧人民群眾理論的核心內容是相信群眾、依靠群眾,只有人民群眾才是創(chuàng)造歷史的真正主體；尊重群眾、維護群眾利益,只有解決、實現了群眾最關心的利益問題,群眾才會有條件發(fā)揮出潛在的創(chuàng)造力；教育群眾、引導群眾,文盲是處于政治之外的,群眾在自覺接受一定的教育與引導下才更加具備管理國家、社會的能力,進入到管理階層；服務群眾、發(fā)展群眾,無產階級政黨執(zhí)政的終極目標是為了實現人的全面發(fā)展。在操作層面,列寧人民群眾理論主要表現為四個方面：國家政權的“支柱”和“基礎”——工會、維護群眾利益的關鍵所在——土地問題、教育引導群眾的方法——灌輸、服務群眾的有力保障——防止官僚主義。列寧人民群眾理論的內在邏輯表現為邏輯主線：相信群眾、依靠群眾；邏輯起點：尊重群眾、維護群眾利益；邏輯支點：教育群眾、引導群眾；邏輯歸宿：服務群眾、發(fā)展群眾。列寧人民群眾理論是對馬克思、恩格斯群眾觀的繼承發(fā)展,在整個馬克思主義群眾理論發(fā)展完善過程中具有承前啟后的關鍵性作用。在實踐中形成完善了的列寧人民群眾理論不僅發(fā)展了馬克思的群眾觀,更對當前我國開展群眾路線教育活動的實施,以及在全面深化改革時期解決群眾之間的利益問題、做好群眾教育工作等方面都具有重要的啟示和借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Lenin, as a great Marxist and the first person to open up the socialist revolution and construction, not only inherited the mass view put forward by Marx and Engels, but also enriched and developed it in practice. Thus formed a systematic theory of the masses of the people. Based on the analysis of the background and theoretical basis of the formation of Lenin's mass theory of the people, this paper discusses the core and operation of Lenin's theory of the masses of the people and combs out the internal logical relationship of Lenin's theory of the masses of the people. The core content of Lenin's theory of the masses of the people is to believe in the masses, rely on the masses, and only the masses are the real subjects of making history; respect the masses, safeguard the interests of the masses, and solve and realize the interests of which the masses are most concerned. Only when the masses have the conditions to bring their potential creativity into full play will they be able to educate, guide and illiterate the masses outside of politics. Only when the masses have consciously received certain education and guidance can they become more capable of managing the country and society. The ultimate goal of the ruling party of the proletariat is to realize the all-round development of people. At the operational level, Lenin's theory of the masses of the people is mainly manifested in four aspects: the "pillar" and "foundation" of the state power, the trade union, the key to safeguarding the interests of the masses-the land issue, and the method of educating and guiding the masses-instilling in them. A strong guarantee of serving the masses-to prevent bureaucracy. The inherent logic of Lenin's theory of the masses of the people shows as the main logic: believing in the masses, relying on the masses; starting point of logic: respecting the masses and safeguarding the interests of the masses; logical fulcrum: educating and guiding the masses; logical fate: serving the masses; Develop the masses. Lenin's mass theory of the people is the inheritance and development of Marx's and Engels' view of the masses, which plays a key role in the course of the development and perfection of Marxist mass theory. In practice, Lenin's theory of the masses of the people has developed not only Marx's view of the masses, but also the implementation of the mass line education activities in our country at present, as well as the settlement of the interests of the masses during the period of comprehensive deepening of the reform.
