【摘要】：科學發(fā)展觀蘊含著了生態(tài)文明思想。生態(tài)文明建設(shè)是落實科學發(fā)展觀的具體體現(xiàn)，本文首先從闡述傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展觀弊端入手，分析了生態(tài)危機及其產(chǎn)生的根源，在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明了生態(tài)文明的產(chǎn)生和基本內(nèi)涵，并進一步探討了科學發(fā)展觀產(chǎn)生的歷史背景及其內(nèi)涵、實質(zhì)和生態(tài)文明意蘊，指出了我國建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的必然性和重要意義。其次，本文還論證了發(fā)展是我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的根本，以人為本是我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的價值取向，全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)是我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的指導方針。最后，本文指出了當前生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中存在的主要問題，論述了科學發(fā)展觀指導下我國加強生態(tài)文明應(yīng)堅持的原則以及目標。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文明確提出了科學發(fā)展觀指導下我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的路徑，主要有樹立科學發(fā)展觀，提高全民族生態(tài)文明意識、以科學發(fā)展觀為指導大力發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟和貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀，推進環(huán)境法制建設(shè)三個大方面。
[Abstract]:The concept of scientific development contains the thought of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization is the concrete embodiment of carrying out the scientific development view. This paper begins with the exposition of the disadvantages of the traditional concept of development, analyzes the ecological crisis and its origin, and on this basis clarifies the emergence and basic connotation of the ecological civilization. Furthermore, this paper discusses the historical background and connotation, essence and implication of ecological civilization of scientific development concept, and points out the inevitability and significance of constructing ecological civilization in China. Secondly, this paper also demonstrates that development is the foundation of the construction of ecological civilization in China, people-oriented is the value orientation of the construction of ecological civilization in China, and overall coordination and sustainability is the guiding principle of the construction of ecological civilization in China. Finally, this paper points out the main problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization at present, and discusses the principles and objectives of strengthening ecological civilization in China under the guidance of scientific development view. On the basis of this, this paper clearly puts forward the path of ecological civilization construction under the guidance of scientific development view, which mainly includes setting up scientific development view and raising the consciousness of ecological civilization of the whole nation. Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, it is necessary to vigorously develop circular economy and carry out scientific development view, and to promote the construction of environmental legal system.
