【摘要】：群眾工作是我們黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和政治優(yōu)勢，是我們黨由小變大、由弱變強(qiáng)，不斷從勝利走向更大勝利的重要法寶。從我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國革命、建設(shè)和改革開放90多年的實(shí)踐看，群眾工作是我們黨的全部工作的基礎(chǔ)，是完成不同時期歷史任務(wù)的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)保證。當(dāng)前，我國社會正經(jīng)歷著全面轉(zhuǎn)型，社會各種矛盾和問題凸顯，黨的群眾工作在理念、方式方法、體制機(jī)制、能力等方面面臨不少困難與挑戰(zhàn)，存在著不適應(yīng)新形勢需要的問題。因此，探索出一條適應(yīng)新形勢需要的群眾工作新路子就顯得尤為重要和緊迫。本文以科學(xué)化為視角研究新形勢下黨的群眾工作，旨在闡明加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢下黨的群眾工作應(yīng)該走科學(xué)化的路子，進(jìn)而提出如何在思想理念、方式方法和體制機(jī)制等方面推進(jìn)黨的群眾工作科學(xué)化，從而進(jìn)一步深化對黨的群眾工作的研究和思考。 文章共分為四個部分：第一部分，黨的群眾工作科學(xué)化的相關(guān)概念分析，闡述了文章的主要研究對象以及研究對象的特征等問題；第二部分，，黨的群眾工作的歷史考察，重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)；第三部分，新形勢下黨的群眾工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，存在的主要問題及原因分析，重點(diǎn)在于找到問題和分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因；第四部分，提出新形勢下推進(jìn)黨的群眾工作科學(xué)化的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Mass work is our party's fine tradition and political superiority, and it is an important magic weapon for our party from small to large, from weak to strong, from victory to greater victory. Judging from our Party's practice of leading the Chinese revolution, building and reforming and opening up for more than 90 years, mass work is the foundation of all our party's work and a strong guarantee for accomplishing the historical tasks in different periods. At present, our society is undergoing a comprehensive transformation, with all kinds of social contradictions and problems highlighted. The mass work of the party faces many difficulties and challenges in terms of its concept, methods, system, mechanism, ability, etc. There are problems that do not meet the needs of the new situation. Therefore, it is particularly important and urgent to explore a new way to meet the needs of the new situation. The purpose of this paper is to study the mass work of the Party in the new situation from the perspective of science. The purpose of this paper is to clarify how to strengthen and improve the mass work of the Party under the new situation, and then to put forward the idea of how to strengthen and improve the mass work of the Party. In the aspects of ways, methods, system and mechanism, the Party's mass work should be more scientific, so as to deepen the research and thinking of the party's mass work. The article is divided into four parts: the first part, the related concept analysis of the scientific mass work of the Party, the elaboration of the main research object and the characteristics of the research object, the second part, the historical investigation of the mass work of the Party, The third part, the challenges facing the mass work of the Party under the new situation, the main problems and the cause analysis, the emphasis is on finding out the problems and analyzing the causes of the problems; the fourth part, Put forward the new situation to promote the party's mass work scientific path choice.
