【摘要】：作為毛澤東思想的重要內容,毛澤東的群眾監(jiān)督思想是被實踐反復證明了的我們黨的重要理論成果。毛澤東的群眾監(jiān)督思想的內容可以概括為監(jiān)督的主體、監(jiān)督的客體、監(jiān)督的形式和監(jiān)督的保障等方面。毛澤東的群眾監(jiān)督思想的特點十分鮮明,表現在馬克思主義群眾觀點是其群眾監(jiān)督的理論基礎、贏得群眾的信任和支持是群眾監(jiān)督實現的基本前提、制度化是群眾監(jiān)督的重要保障、強調領導干部帶頭是群眾監(jiān)督的關鍵措施等方面。毛澤東的群眾監(jiān)督思想啟示我們:要注重提高主客體監(jiān)督意識、調動和保護群眾監(jiān)督的積極性、重視發(fā)揮媒體的作用、把群眾監(jiān)督當作解決干部作風問題的重要手段、群眾監(jiān)督工作要始終服從服務于經濟社會發(fā)展大局。
[Abstract]:As an important content of Mao Zedong's thought, Mao Zedong's mass supervision thought is an important theoretical achievement of our Party which has been proved repeatedly by practice. The content of Mao Zedong's mass supervision can be summarized as the subject of supervision, the object of supervision, the form of supervision and the guarantee of supervision. The characteristics of Mao Zedong's thought of mass supervision are very clear, which is manifested in that the Marxist view of the masses is the theoretical basis of its mass supervision, and winning the trust and support of the masses is the basic prerequisite for the realization of mass supervision. Institutionalization is an important guarantee for mass supervision, emphasizing that leading cadres are the key measures of mass supervision. The thought of Mao Zedong's mass supervision enlightens us: we should pay attention to raising the consciousness of supervision of subject and object, arouse and protect the enthusiasm of mass supervision, give play to the role of media, and regard mass supervision as an important means to solve the problem of cadres' style of work. The work of mass supervision should always serve the overall situation of economic and social development.
