【摘要】：鄧小平南方談話闡明了中國特色社會主義道路、理論、制度是相互依存、相互作用、辯證統(tǒng)一的思想。在道路上必須要有理論作指導(dǎo)和制度作規(guī)范;理論來源于道路運(yùn)行與制度建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中;制度必須以道路運(yùn)行中各種社會關(guān)系的可行性為實(shí)現(xiàn)根據(jù),又以理論中的社會主義意識形態(tài)為理論依據(jù)。道路、理論、制度辯證統(tǒng)一于實(shí)踐過程之中。這個思想內(nèi)容的拓展表現(xiàn)就是既闡明了"三個自信"的思想,同時又闡明了"三個自憂"的思想,其中蘊(yùn)含著對立統(tǒng)一規(guī)律的思想。他往往是以闡明"三個自信"為前提,強(qiáng)調(diào)其首要意義,同時對"三個自憂"有著清醒自覺,注重排憂解困的意義。他特別注意針對道路上的不良現(xiàn)象排憂解難、針對理論上的不良現(xiàn)象排憂解惑、針對制度上的不良現(xiàn)象排憂除弊,最終闡明以增強(qiáng)"三個自信"為目的,從而把堅(jiān)定和增強(qiáng)"三個自信"與應(yīng)有和常備"三個自憂"看作是同一個過程,這其中蘊(yùn)含著共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政規(guī)律的思想。這一思想具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's Southern talk clarifies the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, theory and system are interdependent, interactive, dialectical and unified thought. On the road, there must be theory as the guide and the system as the norm; the theory comes from the practice of road operation and system construction; the system must be based on the feasibility of various social relations in the course of road operation. And with the theory of socialist ideology as the theoretical basis. The road, theory and system are dialectically unified in the process of practice. The expansion of this thought is not only to clarify the thought of "three self-confidence", but also to clarify the thought of "three self-worries", which contains the thought of the law of unity of opposites. He often takes "three self-confidence" as the premise, emphasizes its primary significance, at the same time "three self-worries" has the sober consciousness, pays attention to the relief difficult significance. He paid special attention to solving difficulties and worries on the road, to eliminating worries and doubts in theory and to eliminating the disadvantages in the system, and finally clarified that the purpose was to enhance the "three self-confidence". Therefore, it is the same process to strengthen and strengthen the "three self-confidence" and "three self-worries", which contains the thought of the ruling law of the Communist Party. This thought has important theory meaning and realistic meaning.
