【摘要】：文化是一個(gè)國家和民族的靈魂。在全球化進(jìn)程席卷世界的新時(shí)期，伴隨國與國之間綜合國力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨劇烈，文化作為反映一個(gè)民族生活方式和發(fā)展樣式的重要標(biāo)識(shí)，其戰(zhàn)略地位日益凸顯。黨的十七大將“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”作為指導(dǎo)思想寫入黨章，并首次提出“提高國家文化軟實(shí)力”的戰(zhàn)略論斷，意義非凡，影響深遠(yuǎn)。深入貫徹和落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，實(shí)現(xiàn)文化強(qiáng)國目標(biāo)，加快我國全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的進(jìn)程，需要進(jìn)一步從戰(zhàn)略上研究文化發(fā)展。 本論文將傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代文化、中華文化與西方文化進(jìn)行比較和綜合分析，凸顯出我國文化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)狀。用事實(shí)與價(jià)值分析相統(tǒng)一的方法立足于十七大以來社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)取得的新成就，揭示出文化戰(zhàn)略的重要地位。用文獻(xiàn)研究法深入研究毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、特別是胡錦濤同志關(guān)于文化建設(shè)的重要講話精神，借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界優(yōu)秀理論成果，進(jìn)行深入研究，以期完善我國文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的思想。本論文通過對(duì)文化、文化發(fā)展及文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵等內(nèi)容的闡述，歸納了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)下我國文化發(fā)展的基石，詳細(xì)分析了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀視閾下我國文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)踐方略。探討了推動(dòng)我國文化大發(fā)展大繁榮，實(shí)現(xiàn)文化強(qiáng)國和平崛起的路徑和方法。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a nation and a nation. In the new era when globalization is sweeping the world, with the increasingly fierce competition of comprehensive national strength among countries, culture, as an important symbol reflecting a nation's way of life and development style, has become increasingly prominent in its strategic position. The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China wrote "Scientific Development View" into the Constitution of the Party, and put forward for the first time the strategic conclusion of "improving the soft power of national culture", which is of great significance and far-reaching influence. It is necessary to carry out and implement the scientific concept of development, to realize the goal of cultural power and to speed up the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In this paper, the traditional culture and modern culture, Chinese culture and western culture are compared and comprehensively analyzed, which highlights the characteristics and present situation of Chinese culture development. Based on the new achievements in the construction of a harmonious socialist society since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the method of unifying facts and value analysis reveals the important position of cultural strategy. Using literature research method to study the spirit of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, especially Comrade Hu Jintao's important speech on cultural construction, and draw lessons from the outstanding theoretical achievements of academic circles to carry out in-depth research. In order to improve our cultural development strategy. Through the elaboration of culture, cultural development and the connotation of cultural development strategy, this paper summarizes the foundation stone of Chinese cultural development under the guidance of scientific development view. This paper analyzes in detail the basic structure of our country's cultural development strategy from the perspective of the scientific development view and the practical strategy to realize this strategy. This paper probes into the ways and methods of promoting the great development and prosperity of Chinese culture and realizing the peaceful rise of cultural power.
