【摘要】：在和平與發(fā)展成為時代主題的背景之下,懷著對祖國和人民的無限熱愛,鄧小平開啟了中國改革開放的歷史進(jìn)程。在改革開放時期,鄧小平形成了自己獨特的民生思想。他的民生思想包含了五個"基本"內(nèi)容:解決民生問題的基本前提是正確理解社會主義的本質(zhì);解決民生問題的基本手段是大力發(fā)展社會生產(chǎn)力;解決民生問題的基本途徑是"三步走"和"兩個大局";人民群眾生活的基本保障是獨立完整的國權(quán)與國格;人民群眾生活的基本內(nèi)容是物質(zhì)生活和精神生活。鄧小平民生思想具有大局思維的特點和開拓性特點,它是當(dāng)代中國民生建設(shè)的思想基礎(chǔ),在我們黨的民生思想發(fā)展史上具有承前啟后的歷史地位。
[Abstract]:Under the background that peace and development become the theme of the times, with the infinite love for the motherland and the people, Deng Xiaoping has opened the historical process of China's reform and opening up. In the period of reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping formed its own unique thought of people's livelihood. His thought on people's livelihood contains five basic contents: the basic premise of solving the problems of people's livelihood is the correct understanding of the essence of socialism, the basic means of solving the problems of people's livelihood is to develop the social productive forces vigorously; The basic way to solve people's livelihood problems is "three steps" and "two overall situations"; the basic guarantee of people's life is independent and complete national right and national character; the basic content of people's life is material life and spiritual life. Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood has the characteristics of overall situation thinking and pioneering character. It is the ideological basis of the construction of people's livelihood in contemporary China, and has a historical position in the history of the development of our Party's thought on people's livelihood.
