【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村民主是廣大農民繼家庭聯(lián)產承包責任制之后的又一個偉大創(chuàng)舉,也是我國民主政治建設的重要組成部分。但是由于缺乏足夠的理論支撐和精心的制度構造,鄉(xiāng)村民主的進一步發(fā)展受到了極大地限制。而鄧小平作為中國特色社會主義的提出者和改革開放的總設計師,其文化思想中蘊含著的豐富內容,對當前鄉(xiāng)村民主建設有重要的指導作用。這就需要我們挖掘鄧小平的文化思想,深刻分析鄉(xiāng)村民主建設的文化處境,探究民主與文化的關系,特別是鄉(xiāng)村民主與文化的關系。本文在鄧小平文化思想的指導下,對以上問題作了探討,并從文化變遷的四個層次(即：物質層次、制度層次、習俗層次、精神價值層次)對鄉(xiāng)村民主建設提出若干建議。希冀對鄉(xiāng)村民主建設有所助益。
[Abstract]:Rural democracy is another great innovation after the household contract responsibility system, and it is also an important part of the construction of democracy in our country. However, due to the lack of sufficient theoretical support and elaborate institutional structure, the further development of rural democracy is greatly restricted. As the initiator of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the chief designer of reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping has rich contents in its cultural thought, which plays an important role in guiding the construction of democracy in rural areas. This requires us to dig into Deng Xiaoping's cultural thoughts, analyze the cultural situation of rural democracy construction, and explore the relationship between democracy and culture, especially between rural democracy and culture. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's cultural thought, this paper probes into the above problems, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of rural democracy from the four levels of cultural change (that is, material level, system level, custom level, spiritual value level). It is hoped that it will be helpful to the construction of rural democracy.
