【摘要】：十八大以來,以習近平為總書記的黨中央牢牢抓住黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)這條主線,切實采取新舉措,黨的建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的新氣象。主要表現(xiàn)在:出臺八項規(guī)定進一步彰顯黨在新時期的執(zhí)政理念,以黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動為契機努力夯實黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ),以推進國家治理為切入點充分利用黨的執(zhí)政資源,以加強黨的制度建設(shè)為突破口不斷完善黨的執(zhí)政方式,提出"四個全面"清晰折射出黨在新時期的執(zhí)政方略。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has firmly grasped the main line of the Party's ability to govern, and has taken effective new measures, and the party building has shown an unprecedented new atmosphere. The main manifestations are: the introduction of eight regulations to further highlight the Party's ruling concept in the new period, to take the Party's mass line education practice as an opportunity to consolidate the Party's ruling foundation, and to make full use of the Party's ruling resources through the promotion of national governance. Taking the strengthening of the Party's system construction as the breakthrough point, the Party's ruling mode is constantly improved, and the "four all-round" is put forward clearly reflecting the Party's ruling strategy in the new period.
