【摘要】：群眾路線是中國共產(chǎn)黨的根本政治路線，也是根本組織路線。群眾路線的基本點就是一切為了群眾，一切依靠群眾，從群眾中來，到群眾中去，這是中共一貫提倡的在一切工作中行之有效的工作方法。中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民群眾，依靠發(fā)動群眾取得了民主革命的勝利。在社會主義革命和建設(shè)時期仍然強調(diào)貫徹執(zhí)行群眾路線，發(fā)動和依靠群眾，從群眾中找動力，運用群眾運動的方式，而且有些講法頗為深刻，，可就在這一時期，中國共產(chǎn)黨的群眾路線運用與認識發(fā)生了明顯的矛盾值得研究。 本文第一部分寫中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾路線的形成過程。論述了在“大躍進”之前中國共產(chǎn)黨對群眾路線的運用和認識，從而概括出群眾路線的基本內(nèi)容。第二部分劃分為四個歷史階段，分析和論述了“大躍進”時期中國共產(chǎn)黨對群眾路線的運用和認識“。第三部分寫大躍進”及其經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)�？偨Y(jié)了其中經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，辨析和論述了與群眾路線密切相關(guān)的幾個問題同群眾路線的相互關(guān)系，即群眾路線與客觀規(guī)律的關(guān)系、群眾路線與群眾運動的關(guān)系、群眾路線與階級路線的關(guān)系、群眾路線與組織路線的關(guān)系、群眾路線與政治路線的關(guān)系、群眾路線與黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)系等。這不僅全面把握“大躍進”時期中國共產(chǎn)黨的群眾路線，而且對于當(dāng)前和今后的社會主義建設(shè)，怎樣走一條有中國特色的社會主義建設(shè)道路，無疑具有較高的價值。
[Abstract]:The mass line is the fundamental political line and the fundamental organizational line of the CPC. The basic point of the mass line is to do everything for and rely on the masses, from and among the masses, which the CPC has always advocated as an effective working method in all its work. The Communist Party of China led the masses, relying on the masses to win the democratic revolution. During the period of socialist revolution and construction, emphasis was still placed on carrying out the mass line, starting and relying on the masses, finding motive power among the masses and using the means of mass movements. Moreover, some of them were rather profound, and it was during this period that they were able to rely on them. The use and understanding of the mass line of the Communist Party of China are obviously contradictory to be studied. The first part of this paper describes the forming process of the mass line of the Communist Party of China. This paper discusses the application and understanding of the mass line before the Great Leap forward, and generalizes the basic content of the mass line. The second part is divided into four historical stages, analyzes and discusses the use and understanding of the mass line during the Great Leap forward period. The third part is about the Great Leap forward and its experience and lessons. This paper sums up the experience and lessons, discriminates and discusses the relationship between the mass line and the mass line, that is, the relationship between the mass line and the objective law, the relationship between the mass line and the mass movement, the relationship between the mass line and the mass line, and the relationship between the mass line and the mass line. The relationship between the mass line and the class line, the mass line and the organizational line, the mass line and the political line, the relationship between the mass line and the leadership of the Party, etc. This not only comprehensively grasps the mass line of the Communist Party of China during the "Great Leap forward" period, but also has high value for the current and future socialist construction, how to take a socialist construction road with Chinese characteristics.
