【摘要】：政治發(fā)展作為社會發(fā)展的一個重要方面，是世界各國在發(fā)展過程中都要面臨的基本任務。中國現(xiàn)實的國情使得我國政治發(fā)展既不能固守傳統(tǒng)的蘇聯(lián)模式，也不能照搬西方模式，正確的選擇是走中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展道路。堅持這條道路既沒有現(xiàn)成的經(jīng)驗可借鑒，也沒有成熟的制度作為依托，因此只能依靠自身探索和理論創(chuàng)新。十三屆四中全會以來，以江澤民為核心的第三代領導集體在我國社會主義政治發(fā)展的理論與實踐上進行了創(chuàng)造性的探索，提出了一系列新的觀點和見解，，形成了江澤民政治發(fā)展觀。江澤民政治發(fā)展觀以馬克思主義政治發(fā)展理論為理論依據(jù)，從中國的現(xiàn)實國情出發(fā)，總結國內外政治發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗教訓，圍繞“什么是中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展道路，怎樣走中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展道路”這一重大現(xiàn)實問題進行宏觀思考,以發(fā)展社會主義民主政治、積極穩(wěn)妥地推進政治體制改革、建設社會主義法治國家、加強和改進執(zhí)政黨建設和維護社會政治穩(wěn)定為主要內容,初步而又系統(tǒng)地回答了當代中國政治發(fā)展的目標、途徑、主導力量、任務和前提條件等方面問題，具有全局性、實踐性、開放性和科學性的特點。江澤民政治發(fā)展觀豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義、毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論有關政治發(fā)展的理論，是指引中國人民探索中國政治發(fā)展道路的科學世界觀與方法論，對在新的歷史條件下推動我國社會主義政治發(fā)展,建設社會主義政治文明具有巨大的指導作用。
[Abstract]:As an important aspect of social development, political development is a basic task that all countries in the world face in the process of development. China's political development can neither stick to the traditional Soviet model nor copy the western model. The correct choice is to follow the path of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics. Sticking to this road has neither ready-made experience to learn nor mature system to rely on, so it can only rely on its own exploration and theoretical innovation. Since the fourth Plenary session of the Thirteenth CPC Central Committee, the third generation leading collective with Jiang Zemin as the core has carried out creative exploration in the theory and practice of the development of socialist politics in our country, and put forward a series of new viewpoints and opinions. Jiang Zemin's political development view is based on the theory of Marxist political development, starting from the reality of China, summarizes the experience and lessons of political development at home and abroad, and revolves around "what is the road of political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics". How to take the road to the development of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics "is a major realistic issue to carry out macroscopic thinking in order to develop socialist democratic politics, actively and steadily promote the reform of the political system, and build a socialist country ruled by law." Strengthening and improving the construction of the ruling party and maintaining social and political stability are the main contents. They have the overall nature of answering the goals, approaches, leading forces, tasks and preconditions for the political development of contemporary China.
