【摘要】：依法治國和依法執(zhí)政,對黨的執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提出了更高要求。執(zhí)政方式具有較強的集成和承載功能,實現(xiàn)黨的執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化,既能有效推進民主執(zhí)政依法執(zhí)政實際進程,也能深入落實依法治國依法行政戰(zhàn)略方針,是實現(xiàn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要路徑。構(gòu)建科學(xué)管用的執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化評價系統(tǒng),從目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、行為規(guī)制、績效評價等方面施加督導(dǎo),是推進執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化的重要措施之一。我們應(yīng)該在充分認(rèn)識執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵和結(jié)構(gòu)體系基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)選擇評價執(zhí)政方式現(xiàn)代化的核心要素、評價指數(shù)和評價方式,從而有效促進執(zhí)政方式和國家治理的同步現(xiàn)代化進程。
[Abstract]:Governing the country according to law and ruling by law puts forward higher requirements for the modernization of the Party's ruling mode. The ruling mode has a strong integration and bearing function. To realize the modernization of the Party's ruling mode, it can effectively advance the actual process of democratic ruling according to law, but also can carry out the strategic principle of ruling the country according to law in depth. It is an important way to realize the modernization of national governance. It is one of the important measures to promote the modernization of ruling mode to construct a scientific and effective evaluation system of governing mode modernization, and to exercise supervision from the aspects of goal-oriented, behavior regulation and performance evaluation. On the basis of fully understanding the essential connotation and structural system of the modernization of the ruling mode, we should scientifically choose the core elements, the evaluation index and the evaluation method of the modernization of the ruling mode. So as to effectively promote the governance and governance of the synchronous modernization process.
