【摘要】：本文以馬克思和哈貝馬斯的國(guó)家理論為研究?jī)?nèi)容,在分別解讀馬克思和哈貝馬斯的國(guó)家理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)他們的國(guó)家理論進(jìn)行比較,分析哈貝馬斯對(duì)馬克思國(guó)家理論的繼承、拓展和偏離。本文一共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分為引言。該部分說明了在當(dāng)代全球化背景下,研究國(guó)家理論的客觀條件和理論基礎(chǔ),選題的緣由以及選題的意義。該部分還包括了國(guó)內(nèi)外馬克思、哈貝馬斯國(guó)家理論的研究成果綜述,本文的研究思路、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和重難點(diǎn)。 第二部分為馬克思國(guó)家理論研究。通過對(duì)馬克思經(jīng)典著作的研讀,將散落于不同著作中的國(guó)家理論觀點(diǎn)提煉出來,從國(guó)家的起源、國(guó)家與社會(huì)的關(guān)系、國(guó)家與無產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政、國(guó)家的合法性和民族國(guó)家思想五個(gè)方面來論述馬克思的國(guó)家理論。 第三部分為哈貝馬斯國(guó)家理論研究。哈貝馬斯對(duì)于國(guó)家理論的研究主要著眼于完善當(dāng)代資本主義的統(tǒng)治。本文主要從國(guó)家的起源、國(guó)家與社會(huì)的關(guān)系、交往權(quán)力與行政權(quán)力、國(guó)家的合法性、民族國(guó)家思想等五個(gè)方面來論述哈貝馬斯的國(guó)家理論。 第四部分為馬克思國(guó)家理論與哈貝馬斯國(guó)家理論比較研究。該部分從國(guó)家理論的理論基礎(chǔ)、國(guó)家的起源、國(guó)家與社會(huì)的關(guān)系、國(guó)家的合法性和民族國(guó)家思想五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較。 最后一部分為結(jié)束語。對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總體性的概括,并論述了馬克思和哈貝馬斯的國(guó)家理論對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This article takes Marx and Habermas's national theory as the research content. On the basis of interpreting the national theory of Marx and Habermas, this paper compares their national theories and analyzes Habermas's inheritance, expansion and deviation of Marx's national theory. This article is divided into five parts.
The first part is the introduction. This part explains the objective and theoretical basis of the study of national theory in the context of contemporary globalization, the reason for the topic and the significance of the topic. This part also includes the summary of the research results of Marx, Habermas national theory at home and abroad, the research ideas, methods, innovation and difficulties of this paper.
The second part is the study of Marx's national theory. Through the study of Marx's classic works, the theoretical views of the state scattered in different works are extracted, and Marx's national theory is discussed from the origin of the state, the relationship between the state and the society, the state and the dictatorship of the proletariat, the legitimacy of the state and the national state thought in five aspects. Theory.
The third part is the study of Habermas's national theory. Habermas's research on state theory mainly focuses on the improvement of the rule of contemporary capitalism. This article mainly discusses the country's origin, the relationship between the state and the society, the communication power and administrative power, the legitimacy of the state, the thought of the national state and so on, the state of Habermas's country. Family theory.
The fourth part is the comparative study of Marx's national theory and Habermas's state theory. This part compares the theoretical basis of the national theory, the origin of the state, the relationship between the state and the society, the legitimacy of the state and the national and national thought in five aspects.
The last part is the concluding remarks. This article makes a general summary of this article, and discusses the significance of the national theory of Marx and Habermas to our socialist construction.
