【摘要】：中國共產黨的發(fā)展與中國現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展是一個互相統(tǒng)一的過程，我們黨在不同時期制定的總路線（或稱基本路線）都與現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展密切相關。胡錦濤同志在《慶祝中國共產黨成立90周年大會上的講話》中指出：中國共產黨成立90年來，領導和團結中國人民在這片古老的土地上，譜寫了一場人類發(fā)展的壯麗史詩，推動并完成了三件大事：“第一件大事，我們黨緊緊依靠人民完成了新民主主義革命，實現(xiàn)了民族獨立、人民解放……第二件大事，我們黨緊緊依靠人民完成了社會主義革命，確立了社會主義基本制度……第三件大事，我們黨緊緊依靠人民進行了改革開放新的偉大革命，開創(chuàng)、堅持、發(fā)展了中國特色社會主義”①，這三件大事正是在新民主主義革命總路線，過渡時期總路線以及社會主義初級階段基本路線的指導下完成的。 現(xiàn)代化是近現(xiàn)代中國社會發(fā)展的主題，但中國作為一個后發(fā)外生型的現(xiàn)代化國家，其現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展面臨著一系列難題：近代中國半殖民地半封建社會的現(xiàn)實使得爭取民族獨立、人民解放成為中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展必需的政治前提；選擇適合中國國情的發(fā)展道路是推動中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要條件；尋找適合中國國情的發(fā)展模式是中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的決定性因素。上述難題決定了中國的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展必須有一個強有力的政黨來領導和保證，而中國共產黨作為近現(xiàn)代中國現(xiàn)代性因素聚合的產物，自誕生起就肩負起了這一歷史使命。在現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的不同的歷史時期，中國共產黨相繼提出了新民主主義革命總路線、過渡時期總路線和社會主義初級階段基本路線，，不斷地推動中國現(xiàn)代化向前發(fā)展。 新民主主義革命總路線為中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供了政治前提。近代中國半殖民地半封建社會的性質決定爭取民族獨立、人民解放成為現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必然要求，但農民階級、民族資產階級由于其自身的歷史局限提不出科學的革命綱領，無法領導中國社會完成這一歷史任務。而中國共產黨在正確分析近現(xiàn)代中國國情的基礎上，形成了新民主主義革命總路線。在這一總路線的指導下，中國共產黨領導中國人民進行了反帝反封建的新民主主義革命，完成了爭取民族獨立和人民解放的歷史任務，從而為中國現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展提供了必要的政治前提。 過渡時期總路線為中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展奠定制度基礎。無論從文化價值理念還是現(xiàn)實發(fā)展的角度看，中國現(xiàn)代化選擇走社會主義道路有其歷史的必然性。在多重因素的作用下，中國共產黨適時提出了“一化三改”的過渡時期總路線，使社會主義的基本制度在中國確立，中國社會實現(xiàn)了從新民主主義向社會主義的過渡，從而為現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展奠定制度基礎。 社會主義初級階段基本路線為中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展指明實踐途徑。在探索適合中國的社會主義現(xiàn)代化道路的過程中，我們形成了兩條錯誤的總路線，使現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展遭遇了挫折與重創(chuàng)。十一屆三中全會以后，中國共產黨撥亂反正，在總結歷史經驗教訓的基礎上，逐漸形成了社會主義初級階段的基本路線，并不斷發(fā)展完善，開創(chuàng)出中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的新局面。 縱觀中國共產黨總路線的發(fā)展，其演變一脈相承，與中國現(xiàn)代化進程緊密地交織在一起。從新民主主義革命的總路線發(fā)展到社會主義初級階段基本路線，其所要解決的主要問題，恰恰也正是中國現(xiàn)代化所面臨的主要問題。整個過程書寫的不僅是中國共產黨成長壯大的歷史，而且是中國現(xiàn)代化不斷發(fā)展、不斷突破的歷史。
[Abstract]:Chinese Communist Party's development and Chinese modernization development is a unitive process, the general line of our party to develop in different periods (or basic lines) are closely related with the development of modernization. Comrade Hu Jintao in "to celebrate the founding of the Communist Party of China pointed out 90th anniversary conference speech: the founding of the Communist Party of China > 90 years of leadership China and unite the people in this ancient land, composed a magnificent epic of human development, and promote the completion of three major events:" the first thing that our Party firmly relying on the people completed the new democratic revolution, to achieve national independence, the liberation of the people. The second event, our party closely rely on people completed the socialist revolution and established the basic system of socialism. The third event, our party closely rely on the people in the great new revolution of reform and opening to create, insist, development "Socialism with Chinese characteristics". These three major events were completed under the guidance of the general line of the new democratic revolution, the general line of transition and the basic line of the primary stage of socialism.
Modern China theme of social development, but Chinese as a latecomer. The modernization of the country, its modernization is facing a series of problems: the modern China semi colonial and semi feudal society makes the fight for national independence, people's Liberation Chinese become the modernization development of the political premise necessary; choice of development path suited to Chinese situation is an important condition to promote the development of the modernization of China; to find the suitable development model for Chinese conditions is a decisive factor in Chinese modernization. The general line of the new democratic revolution provides political prerequisite for China modernization development. China nature of modern semi colonial and semi feudal society decided to fight for national independence, people's liberation has become an inevitable requirement of modern development, but the peasant class, the national bourgeoisie because of its own historical limitations no revolution of science, can not lead the history to complete the task China society. And Chinese Communist Party in the correct analysis of the modern China conditions, formed the general line of the new democratic revolution. In this general line under the guidance of the leadership of the Communist Party of Chinese Chinese people carried out the new democratic revolution against imperialism and feudalism, completed the historical task of striving for national independence and people's liberation, in order to provide the political prerequisite for the development of Chinese modernization.
The general line of the transition period and establish the institutional basis for Chinese modernization. The basic line in the primary stage of socialism development provided the practical approaches for China modernization. In exploring the road of socialist modernization China in the process, we have two wrong general line and the modern development suffered setbacks and heavy losses. After the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the Communist Party of Chinese bring order out of chaos, based on summarizing historical experience and lessons, gradually formed the basic line of the primary stage of socialism, and development, create a new situation in the development of socialist modernization Chinese characteristics.
The Communist Party of Chinese throughout the development of the general line, the evolution of strain, are closely intertwined with the Chinese modernization process. The general line of the new democratic revolution to the development of the basic line for the primary stage of socialism, the main problems to be solved, it is also the main problem of China modernization.
