【摘要】："群眾路線"作為無產(chǎn)階級政黨的根本路線和生命線,是中國共產(chǎn)黨運(yùn)用歷史唯物主義的原理,對人民群眾是歷史創(chuàng)造者的理論做出的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。它經(jīng)歷了萌芽和形成、成熟和完善、發(fā)展和深化的過程。在當(dāng)前新的形勢下,研究"群眾路線"的多重內(nèi)涵以及形成和發(fā)展,不斷探索群眾路線的踐行路徑,對于新時期密切干群關(guān)系,提高我黨的執(zhí)政水平,鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As the basic line and lifeline of the proletarian party, the "mass line" is the innovation and development of the theory that the masses are the creators of history made by the Communist Party of China using the principle of historical materialism.It has experienced the process of germination and formation, maturity and perfection, development and deepening.Under the new situation, to study the connotation, formation and development of the mass line, to explore the practice path of the mass line, to close the relationship between the cadres and the masses in the new period, and to improve the ruling level of our Party,Consolidating the ruling position of the Party has profound practical significance.
