【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國國際話語權(quán)的提升同中國經(jīng)濟(jì)軍事實(shí)力的發(fā)展不能比肩并起,成為制約增強(qiáng)中國綜合實(shí)力和國際競爭力的掣肘,這個(gè)問題不得不引起重視。毛澤東通過創(chuàng)造鼓舞中國人民和世界人民斗志的通俗話語、發(fā)出敢于同帝國主義和反動(dòng)派作斗爭的中國強(qiáng)音、主動(dòng)設(shè)置國際話語議題力促國際統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的建立以及重視通過影響國際輿論,營造有利于我的話語氛圍,擴(kuò)大了中國話語的世界影響,提升了中國話語的國際分量。這些有益探索,對于提升中國國際話語權(quán),增強(qiáng)國家軟實(shí)力具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, the promotion of China's international discourse power and the development of China's economic and military strength cannot be compared with each other, and it has become a constraint that restricts the enhancement of China's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness, which has to be paid more attention to.Mao Zedong uttered a strong Chinese voice that dared to fight against imperialism and reactionaries by creating popular words that inspired the Chinese people and the people of the world to fight.The initiative to set up international discourse issues urges the establishment of an international United front and attaches importance to creating an atmosphere conducive to my discourse by influencing international public opinion, expanding the world influence of Chinese discourse and enhancing the international weight of Chinese discourse.These beneficial explorations are of great value to the promotion of China's international discourse rights and to the enhancement of the country's soft power.
