【摘要】：合法性問題的研究在西方由來已久，并且一直是理論熱點(diǎn)之一。由于中國特殊的國情，我國理論界對(duì)合法性問題的關(guān)注，時(shí)間并不長。隨著新時(shí)期改革開放的不斷深入與全球化影響的持續(xù)增強(qiáng)，一些影響中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政合法性的問題在社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中顯現(xiàn)出來，加之世界政壇出現(xiàn)的執(zhí)政合法性危機(jī)的沖擊，使得中國共產(chǎn)黨人開始思考和重視自身執(zhí)政合法性的維護(hù)與鞏固。深入研究執(zhí)政合法性問題，不僅對(duì)提高中國共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)，完善中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系具有十分重要的理論意義，而且對(duì)鞏固中國共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政地位，實(shí)現(xiàn)黨和國家的長治久安，建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外合法性理論研究成果的分析，總結(jié)出獲得執(zhí)政合法性的幾個(gè)基礎(chǔ)。以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)，，本文從歷史角度具體分析了中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政合法性基礎(chǔ)在各個(gè)不同時(shí)期的建設(shè)與發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)了中國共產(chǎn)黨在執(zhí)政合法性基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)，同時(shí)也提出了當(dāng)前中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政合法性基礎(chǔ)所面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn)。通過對(duì)歷史的回顧以及現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的闡述，以期為新時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨維護(hù)與鞏固自身執(zhí)政合法性和執(zhí)政合法性的進(jìn)一步提高提供一些思路與方法。
[Abstract]:The study of legitimacy has a long history in the West, and has always been one of the theoretical hotspots.Due to the special national conditions of China, the theoretical circle of our country pays close attention to the issue of legitimacy for a short time.With the deepening of the reform and opening up in the new era and the continuous enhancement of the influence of globalization, some problems affecting the ruling legitimacy of the Communist Party of China have emerged in the process of social development, as well as the impact of the crisis of ruling legitimacy in the world of politics.So that the Chinese Communists began to think and attach importance to the maintenance and consolidation of their ruling legitimacy.It is of great theoretical significance not only to improve the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China and to perfect the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also to consolidate the ruling position of the Communist Party of China.It is of great practical significance to realize the long-term stability of the Party and the country and to build a harmonious socialist society.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign legitimacy theory, this paper summarizes several bases for obtaining ruling legitimacy.Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper concretely analyzes the construction and development of the legitimacy foundation of the CPC in different periods from the historical point of view.This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the CPC in the construction of the foundation of ruling legitimacy, and at the same time puts forward the problems and challenges faced by the CPC in the foundation of ruling legitimacy.By reviewing the history and expounding the realistic situation, the author hopes to provide some ideas and methods for the CPC to maintain and consolidate its ruling legitimacy and to further improve its ruling legitimacy in the new period.
