【摘要】：社會階層結構的分化與重組是社會變遷的主要形式,是衡量一個國家和地區(qū)發(fā)展水平的重要指標。如果社會階層結構分化的范圍廣、程度深,而且又能較好的實現(xiàn)新社會群體的組合,表明這個國家和地區(qū)的發(fā)展速度快、結構變化大、社會整合程度較高。自從我國1978年改革開放以來,我國社會階層結構發(fā)生了深刻變化,出現(xiàn)了很多新興社會階層。正確認識當前新時代背景下我國社會階層的結構及其變化,把握各個社會階層在現(xiàn)代社會中的地位和特點以及他們之間的相互關系和發(fā)展趨向,發(fā)揮各階層在中國特色社會主義事業(yè)中的作用,對于能否不斷增強黨的階級基礎,擴大黨的群眾基礎,提高黨的社會影響力,夯實黨的執(zhí)政地位具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和戰(zhàn)略意義。 改革開放以后的當代中國,由于生產(chǎn)關系的調整和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟及現(xiàn)代化進程的推進,引起社會階級階層結構的顯著變動,階級階層分化和群體化、社會流動加快、各階級階層間的利益沖突和矛盾不斷加深的趨勢日益凸顯。這種社會結構的劇烈變動,特別是新興社會階層的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,既表現(xiàn)出與社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設相適應的基本面,又對黨的執(zhí)政基礎產(chǎn)生了重大影響,使黨在執(zhí)政基礎問題上面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以我國社會階層歷史變遷特別是新興社會階層的崛起為基礎,運用資料分析法、經(jīng)驗總結法、系統(tǒng)研究法、比較分析法等方法研究我國新興階級的崛起后對中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政基礎的影響,目的是為了認真總結經(jīng)驗,將這些經(jīng)驗與鞏固中國共產(chǎn)黨的群眾基礎、階級基礎及執(zhí)政地位的有關理論聯(lián)系在一起,做到理論和實際相結合,為更好的代表和整合最廣大人民群眾的利益,增強階級基礎,擴大群眾基礎,不斷鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎提供理論和現(xiàn)實的借鑒。 隨著我國進入全面建設小康社會新的發(fā)展時期,伴隨非公有制經(jīng)濟的新興社會階層也進入到一個加速發(fā)展的時期,因此,新興社會階層做為中國特色社會主義建設者被團結的范圍進一步擴大,具有空前的廣泛性,巨大的包容性,鮮明的多樣性和顯著的社會性。新興的社會階層是社會主義市場經(jīng)濟逐步發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,他們對于促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,推動社會進步,繁榮社會主義物質文明、精神文明和政治文明發(fā)揮看重要作用。為此,我們應對新興社會階層各界人士的基本情況、思想動態(tài)、行為方式、政治訴求等進行深入了解,提出相應的政策和對策,以爭取人心、凝聚力量,把新興社會階層團結在黨的周圍,鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎,為構建社會主義和諧社會和中華民族的偉大復興指引道路。
[Abstract]:The differentiation and reorganization of social stratum structure is the main form of social change and an important index to measure the development level of a country or region.If the social stratum structure is divided in a wide range, deep degree, and can better realize the combination of new social groups, it shows that the development speed of this country and region is fast, the structure changes greatly, and the degree of social integration is higher.Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China's social stratum structure has undergone profound changes, and many new social strata have emerged.Correctly understand the structure and changes of the social strata in our country under the background of the new era, grasp the status and characteristics of the social strata in the modern society and their mutual relations and development trends,To give full play to the role of all classes in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, whether the Party's class base can be continuously strengthened, the party's mass base can be expanded, and the party's social influence can be enhanced,It is of great realistic and strategic significance to consolidate the ruling position of the Party.In contemporary China after the reform and opening up, due to the adjustment of production relations and the advancement of socialist market economy and modernization process, the structure of the social class and stratum has changed significantly, the class and stratum have been divided and collectivized, and the social mobility has been accelerated.The conflicts of interest and contradictions between classes and strata are becoming increasingly prominent.The dramatic changes in the social structure, especially the emergence and development of the new social strata, have not only shown the basic aspects in keeping with the socialist modernization drive, but also have had a significant impact on the ruling foundation of the Party.Make the party face new challenge on the issue of ruling foundation.Based on the historical changes of social strata in China, especially the rise of emerging social strata, this paper applies the method of data analysis, the method of experience summary, and the method of systematic research.Comparative analysis and other methods are used to study the influence of the rising of the new class on the ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China in order to sum up the experience and consolidate the mass base of the Communist Party of China.The relevant theories of the class foundation and the ruling position are linked together, so as to better represent and integrate the interests of the broadest masses of the people, strengthen the class foundation, and expand the mass base, so as to combine theory with practice.Constantly consolidate the ruling foundation of the party to provide theoretical and practical reference.As our country enters a new development period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the emerging social strata of the non-public economy also enter a period of accelerated development.As the constructor of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the new social stratum is further expanded in scope, with unprecedented universality, great inclusiveness, bright diversity and remarkable sociality.The emerging social strata are the product of the gradual development of the socialist market economy. They play an important role in promoting economic development, promoting social progress, prosperity of socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization.To this end, we should deeply understand the basic situation, ideological dynamics, behavior patterns, and political demands of the people from all walks of life in the emerging social strata, and put forward corresponding policies and countermeasures in order to win the hearts of the people and consolidate their strength.To unite the new social strata around the Party, to consolidate the Party's ruling foundation, and to guide the way for building a socialist harmonious society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
