【摘要】：“沒有調(diào)查就沒有發(fā)言權(quán)”,要構(gòu)建更為和諧的具有中國特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì),就應(yīng)當(dāng)建立起一套相對(duì)獨(dú)立的社會(huì)調(diào)研體系,這一社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)的建立將直接對(duì)政府改進(jìn)管理職能并構(gòu)建更和諧的社會(huì)主義社會(huì)提供科學(xué)的信息數(shù)據(jù)和決策參考。 本文力求從和諧社會(huì)視域角度進(jìn)行理性分析,以理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的形式來研究構(gòu)建客觀、公正、科學(xué)的社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)的背景及原因,并扼要分析社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)對(duì)推動(dòng)和諧社會(huì)的意義。本文將著重闡述當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)建設(shè)概況以及日前所存在的突出問題。本文還將詳細(xì)分析社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)存在的問題成因和社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)不完善可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致的不良后果,并針對(duì)這些問題研究出一系列針對(duì)性的改良和完善方案,以期健全社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng),促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展,并為如何構(gòu)建好符合中國國情的社會(huì)調(diào)研系統(tǒng)獻(xiàn)言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:If we want to build a more harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics, we should establish a relatively independent social research system.The establishment of this social research system will directly provide scientific information data and decision-making reference for the government to improve its management function and build a more harmonious socialist society.This paper tries to make rational analysis from the perspective of harmonious society, and studies the background and reasons of constructing an objective, just and scientific social research system in the form of combining theory with practice.And briefly analyzes the significance of social research system to promote a harmonious society.This paper will focus on the construction of social research system in China and the existing problems.This paper will also analyze in detail the causes of the problems existing in the social research system and the possible adverse consequences caused by the imperfection of the social research system, and develop a series of targeted improvement and improvement programs for these problems.The aim is to perfect the social research system, promote the harmonious development of the society, and offer advice on how to construct the social research system in accordance with China's national conditions.
