【摘要】：實現(xiàn)“人的全面而自由發(fā)展”既是馬克思主義理論的根本出發(fā)點，同時也是其最終的理論歸宿�？茖W發(fā)展觀作為馬克思主義中國化的最新成果，與馬克思主義、毛澤東思想是一脈相承的理論體系，是當代中國的馬克思主義。“以人為本”作為科學發(fā)展觀的核心，不僅充分體現(xiàn)了科學發(fā)展觀對馬克思主義關于“人的全面而自由發(fā)展”思想的繼承，而且也展現(xiàn)了其對馬克思主義的創(chuàng)造與發(fā)展，那就是將人的發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與社會發(fā)展有機統(tǒng)一起來，將人的全面發(fā)展和人的可持續(xù)發(fā)展結合起來，將經(jīng)濟與社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展同生態(tài)文明的建設有機統(tǒng)一起來。 如何全面而系統(tǒng)地把握科學發(fā)展觀所蘊含的“馬克思主義人學底蘊”，同時按照科學發(fā)展觀的要求，積極地推進并實現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，這既是馬克思主義理論與時俱進品格的理論訴求，同時也是全面貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀，深入推進馬克思主義中國化、時代化和大眾化的實踐訴求。為此，堅持以馬克思主義唯物史觀為指導，以黨的三代領導核心對馬克思主義關于“人的全面而自由發(fā)展”思想的認識軌跡及實踐歷程為基本線索，深入揭示出科學發(fā)展觀在整個馬克思主義人學思想中國化進程中所處的重大歷史地位和積極的現(xiàn)實意義，這無疑是十分必要的。 本文共分四個部分，引言部分主要介紹本文研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法。 第一部分主要闡述以人為本的馬克思主義理論淵源及其基本內涵。加深了我們對馬克思主義唯物史觀的理解和認識，即“人是社會發(fā)展的根本和決定力量”；“在建設中國特色社會主義時，要認識到人在社會發(fā)展中的重要地位和作用，要尊重人、依靠人、把人作為社會發(fā)展的目的和手段，把人民大眾的利益放在首位”；只有這樣，社會才能更好的發(fā)展，也只有這樣，，也才能為人的發(fā)展提供更好的發(fā)展條件和發(fā)展空間。 第二部分主要論述黨的三代領導核心關于實現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展的探索及經(jīng)驗。毛澤東認為人要想獲得發(fā)展首先要獲得個性解放和政治解放，并提出了教育和勞動相合的人的發(fā)展的實現(xiàn)路徑。鄧小平繼承和發(fā)展了毛澤東提出的人應在多個方面實現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展的思想。他對社會主義本質的認識和以經(jīng)濟建設為中心的闡述，實質上就是對實現(xiàn)人的發(fā)展的物質條件的闡述；他提出的培養(yǎng)和造就全面發(fā)展的人的教育思想和理念，強調了教育對人發(fā)展的意義。在教育性質上，強調學校教育應該把握住社會主義的教育方向，要緊緊圍繞堅定正確的政治方向開展教育。在教育目標上，提出了要培養(yǎng)“四有”新人的思想。他強調的兩個文明都要抓，都要硬的思想，實際上表達了實現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展需要全面的社會條件的思想，也表達了人的全面發(fā)展應該是包括人的道德品質在內的多面?zhèn)�性都要和諧發(fā)展的思想。江澤民提出了人的發(fā)展和社會的發(fā)展間的關系，認為只有人的發(fā)展越全面，才能為社會創(chuàng)造更多的物質財富，而社會物質財富越豐富，就越能推動人的全面發(fā)展，并從三個文明及人與自然，人與社會的協(xié)調發(fā)展來闡述人的全面發(fā)展與其的關系。 第三部分主要從人的全面發(fā)展出發(fā)，闡述科學發(fā)展觀的內涵，按照科學發(fā)展觀的要求和方法，探究人的全面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實路徑。物質文明建設：夯實人的全面發(fā)展的物質基礎；政治文明建設：為人的全面發(fā)展提供制度保障；精神文明建設：強化人的全面發(fā)展的內在動力；社會文明建設：為人的全面發(fā)展提供平等的起點；生態(tài)文明建設：保持人的全面發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:The realization of human ' s comprehensive and free development is not only the fundamental starting point of Marxism theory , but also the final theory of Marxism . As the most recent achievement of Marxism in China , the scientific development view is the core of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought is the core of the scientific development view . It not only reflects the development of human development , the development of economic development and social development organically , combines the comprehensive development of human beings and the sustainable development of human beings , and combines the sustainable development of economy and society with the construction of ecological civilization .

How to comprehensively and systematically grasp the " Marxism human learning " contained in the scientific development view , and actively promote and realize the comprehensive development and sustainable development of the human beings according to the requirements of the scientific development view , this is not only the theoretical demands of Marxism theory and the times , but also the practical demands for the comprehensive implementation of the scientific development view and advancing the Marxist localization , the times and the popularization . Therefore , it is very necessary to adhere to the historical position and the positive practical significance of the scientific development view in the process of Marxism ' s thought of human being ' s comprehensive and free development .

This paper is divided into four parts , the introduction part mainly introduces the significance , research situation and research method of this paper .

The first part mainly elaborates the people - oriented Marxist theory origin and its basic connotation . The understanding and understanding of Marxist historical materialism is deepened , that is , " human being the fundamental and decisive force of social development " ;
" In building socialism with Chinese characteristics , we should recognize the important position and function of the people in social development , respect people , rely on people , take people as the purposes and means of social development , and put the interests of the people of the people first " ;
Only in this way can society develop better and provide better development conditions and development space for human development .

The second part mainly discusses the exploration and experience of the Party ' s three - generation leadership on the realization of human ' s comprehensive development . Mao Zedong thinks that people want to get the development first , want to acquire the individuality liberation and the political liberation , and put forward the realization path of the development of the education and labor . Deng Xiaoping inherited and developed Mao Zedong ' s thought of realizing the comprehensive development in many ways . He pointed out that the cognition of the essence of socialism and the elaboration of economic construction is essentially the elaboration of the material condition of the realization of human development ;
The author points out that the more comprehensive the development of the people , the more comprehensive the human development needs , the more comprehensive the human development should be , the more comprehensive the social material wealth , the more the comprehensive development of the human being can be promoted , and the harmonious development of the three civilizations and the human and nature , man and society will be promoted to elaborate the relationship between man ' s comprehensive development .

The third part mainly expounds the connotation of the scientific development view from the comprehensive development of human beings , and probes into the realistic path of the comprehensive development of human beings according to the requirements and methods of the scientific development view .
Political civilization construction : providing institutional guarantee for the comprehensive development of human beings ;
Spiritual civilization construction : the inner motive force to strengthen the comprehensive development of human beings ;
Social civilization construction : providing an equal starting point for the overall development of human beings ;
Ecological civilization construction : the sustainability of the overall development of human beings .
