【摘要】：農(nóng)民工城市融入問(wèn)題是我國(guó)在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的突出的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。農(nóng)民工長(zhǎng)期不能融入城市,不利于我國(guó)城市化的有效推進(jìn),也不利于城市乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定。因此,有效促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工的城市融入十分必要和迫切。 馬克思恩格斯文本中蘊(yùn)含著豐富的城鄉(xiāng)融合理論,是指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)民工城市融入的理論武器。我國(guó)農(nóng)民工融入城市的過(guò)程與城市和鄉(xiāng)村的融合過(guò)程密不可分,是城鄉(xiāng)融合的重要方面。本文從馬克思主義理論的高度正確認(rèn)識(shí)和探討了促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工城市融入的路徑。 本文采取了文獻(xiàn)研究和深度訪(fǎng)談相結(jié)合的方式,共分為五章。第一章為緒論,重點(diǎn)介紹了論文的選題背景、研究意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述以及論文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新、不足之處；第二章,重點(diǎn)分析了馬克思、恩格斯的城鄉(xiāng)融合理論,指出城鄉(xiāng)融合是一種不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的歷史趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),城鄉(xiāng)融合也是我國(guó)國(guó)情的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇,農(nóng)民工城市融入具有長(zhǎng)期性和艱巨性；第三章,通過(guò)實(shí)地訪(fǎng)談和查閱資料重點(diǎn)從就業(yè)、生活、權(quán)益與保障和對(duì)城市的認(rèn)同感四個(gè)方面來(lái)描述農(nóng)民工城市融入難的表現(xiàn)；第四章,在描述表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上分析了造成農(nóng)民工融入城市困難的原因,農(nóng)民工在城市存在制度因素的束縛、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的阻隔、城鄉(xiāng)文化的差異、農(nóng)民工自身素質(zhì)的制約；第五章,以馬克思、恩格斯的城鄉(xiāng)融合理論為指導(dǎo),主要從農(nóng)民工的身份融入、觀念融入、心理融入和社會(huì)融入四個(gè)方面探究了在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工城市融入的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers into the city is a prominent social problem in China in the process of social transformation. Migrant workers into the city not long, is not conducive to the effective promotion of city of China, is not conducive to the harmony and stability of the city and even the whole society. Therefore, the effective promotion of migrant workers into the city is very necessary and urgent.
Marx Engels text contains the theory of urban-rural integration, is the guiding theory of China's weapons of migrant workers into the city. The integration process of China's migrant workers into the city and city and country are inseparable, is an important aspect of urban and rural integration. From the height of the correct understanding of Marx's Theory and discusses the path of promoting the migrant workers into the city.
This paper adopts literature research and interviews combination, is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, deficiency of domestic and foreign research review and research methods and innovation points; the second chapter focuses on the analysis of Marx, Engels's theory of integration of urban and rural areas. Pointed out that the integration of urban and rural is an irreversible historical trend. At the same time, the realistic choice is the integration of urban and rural areas in our country, migrant workers into the city with a long and arduous; the third chapter, through on-the-spot investigation and access to information from the focus of employment, life, and protection of rights and interests of city identity four aspects to describe the difficult the performance of migrant workers into the city; the fourth chapter, based on the description of the analysis of the cause of migrant workers into the city difficult reason, migrant workers in the city are bound to institutional factors, economic The barrier, the differences between urban and rural culture, restricting the quality of migrant workers; the fifth chapter, by Marx Engels, the urban-rural integration theory, mainly from the identity of migrant workers into the concept of integration, psychological, and social integration into four aspects, explores the effective way to promote migrant workers into the city in the rural development process.
