【摘要】：在社會主義和諧社會建設(shè)過程中，，企業(yè)對社會的發(fā)展有著重要的作用，針對目前有些企業(yè)行為的負(fù)面影響，有關(guān)企業(yè)道德責(zé)任的研究逐步引起了各個學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛爭議。企業(yè)道德責(zé)任是指企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及其他活動中所應(yīng)該承擔(dān)的對員工、客戶、社會和環(huán)境保護等社會利益的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。這是由企業(yè)的性質(zhì)，企業(yè)公民的角色和企業(yè)自身利益的需要決定的。和諧社會的基礎(chǔ)是社會利益的協(xié)調(diào)，一部分是靠國家政府來協(xié)調(diào)和控制，另外相當(dāng)程度上也要靠倫理道德來調(diào)整。企業(yè)掌握著巨大的人力資源和物質(zhì)資源，企業(yè)道德的好壞直接反映了我們?nèi)祟惖赖滤降母叩停虼宋覈氡M早實現(xiàn)和諧社會，必須重視企業(yè)的道德責(zé)任建設(shè)。企業(yè)作為社會中除政府外最有力的組織，應(yīng)該為社會主義和諧社會的建設(shè)承擔(dān)自身的責(zé)任，自覺調(diào)整自身經(jīng)濟利益，使之與社會整體利益相一致。本文在介紹構(gòu)建和諧社會的相關(guān)概述后，通過對道德及企業(yè)道德責(zé)任含義的理解，概括了企業(yè)道德責(zé)任的內(nèi)容，以企業(yè)承擔(dān)道德責(zé)任對構(gòu)建和諧社會的積極作用展開論述。全文分五個章節(jié)，具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一章為緒論，主要介紹本文的選題依據(jù)及意義，國內(nèi)外對企業(yè)道德責(zé)任的研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二章是介紹和諧社會的概述和有關(guān)對企業(yè)道德責(zé)任的理解。理清道德的基本含義、道德對目前企業(yè)的作用及影響，概括出了道德和企業(yè)道德的相關(guān)概念及兩者關(guān)系，給出了企業(yè)承擔(dān)道德責(zé)任的基本內(nèi)容。第三章通過對和諧社會本質(zhì)的具體分析，具體論述了企業(yè)道德責(zé)任對和諧社會的積極作用。第四章主要是對目前我國企業(yè)道德責(zé)任在和諧社會背景下缺失的表現(xiàn)及其原因，進(jìn)行了較全面的總結(jié)�？偨Y(jié)出企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中道德的缺失不僅有企業(yè)自身方面的因素，同時我國市場經(jīng)濟制度的不夠完善、社會道德不良環(huán)境的影響也有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。第五章在分析了企業(yè)道德責(zé)任缺失的具體后果后，從企業(yè)的自身、法律制度、輿論作用以及社會價值四個方面展開論述，較為具體的提出了健全企業(yè)道德責(zé)任的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, enterprises play an important role in the development of society. The research on corporate moral responsibility has gradually aroused widespread controversy in various academic circles. Corporate moral responsibility refers to the employees and customers that an enterprise should undertake in its production, operation and other activities. The responsibilities and obligations of social interests, such as social and environmental protection, are determined by the nature of the enterprise, the role of corporate citizens and the needs of the enterprise's own interests. The foundation of a harmonious society is the coordination of social interests, Part of it is coordinated and controlled by the national government, and in addition, to a considerable extent, it has to be adjusted by ethics. Enterprises have huge human and material resources, and the quality of corporate morality directly reflects the level of our human morality. Therefore, if our country wants to realize the harmonious society as soon as possible, we must attach importance to the construction of the moral responsibility of the enterprise. As the most powerful organization besides the government in the society, the enterprise should bear its own responsibility for the construction of the socialist harmonious society. This paper introduces the related summary of constructing a harmonious society and summarizes the content of corporate moral responsibility through the understanding of the meaning of moral and corporate moral responsibility. This paper is divided into five chapters, the content of which is as follows:. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the basis and significance of this paper. The present situation of the research on corporate moral responsibility at home and abroad, as well as the research contents and research methods of this paper. The second chapter introduces the overview of harmonious society and the understanding of corporate moral responsibility, and clarifies the basic meaning of morality. The function and influence of morality on enterprises at present, the related concepts of morality and corporate morality and their relationship are summarized, and the basic contents of corporate moral responsibility are given. Chapter three analyzes the essence of harmonious society. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the performance and causes of the lack of corporate moral responsibility in the context of harmonious society. It concludes that the lack of morality in the production and management of enterprises has not only the factors of the enterprises themselves, but also the imperfect market economy system of our country. After analyzing the specific consequences of the lack of corporate moral responsibility, the fifth chapter discusses the enterprise itself, the legal system, the role of public opinion and social value. The effective ways to perfect the moral responsibility of enterprises are put forward in detail.
