【摘要】：周恩來是新中國(guó)成立的開拓者和創(chuàng)始人之一，他在長(zhǎng)期的革命斗爭(zhēng)中和社會(huì)實(shí)踐中形成了獨(dú)特的民本理念。周恩來民本思想是周恩來在批判地吸收了中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)民本思想以及近代中西方民主思想，并把馬克思主義群眾觀運(yùn)用于中國(guó)民主革命和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的具體實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上所形成的一系列獨(dú)創(chuàng)性經(jīng)驗(yàn)的理論總結(jié)，是對(duì)馬克思主義群眾觀及中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)民本思想的繼承和發(fā)展，是較為科學(xué)的民本思想。周恩來民本思想中的“民”，是作為獨(dú)立的個(gè)體而存在的，，有獨(dú)立的意識(shí)和人格，是權(quán)利和義務(wù)的統(tǒng)一載體。他的民本思想是以人民為主體，密切聯(lián)系群眾并全心全意為人民服務(wù)，重視民情、民意、民生。當(dāng)前，我們正處于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)、全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和繼續(xù)推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)的偉大歷史進(jìn)程之中，研究周恩來民本思想無疑具有極其重要的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。為此，選擇周恩來民本思想為研究課題，以期得出有益于解決當(dāng)前問題的結(jié)論。 本文以周恩來民本思想為主要研究對(duì)象。全文共分為四部分： 第一部分，闡述周恩來民本思想的理論來源及其實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。從中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的民本思想到近代資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的民本思想再到馬克思主義的群眾觀來仔細(xì)論述周恩來民本思想的理論來源；而中國(guó)革命的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)和周恩來獨(dú)特的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷則是周恩來民本思想的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分，也是本文的重點(diǎn)部分，系統(tǒng)論述了周恩來民本思想的基本宗旨、基本要求、基本原則和基本觀點(diǎn)。一切為了人民、堅(jiān)持群眾路線是周恩來民本思想的基本宗旨和基本要求；實(shí)事求是是周恩來民本思想得以推行的基本原則；周恩來民本思想的基本觀點(diǎn)從四方面即“堅(jiān)持人民民主觀”、“實(shí)現(xiàn)人民富裕觀”、“提高人民素質(zhì)觀”和“保護(hù)人民安全觀”來進(jìn)行全面的探討。 第三部分，周恩來民本思想的特征。這一部分對(duì)周恩來民本思想的特征進(jìn)行了全面概括，總結(jié)出了周恩來民本思想的鮮明特征，即鮮明的實(shí)踐性、深刻的人民性和高度的科學(xué)性。 第四部分，探討了周恩來民本思想的價(jià)值。這一部分從理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)角度對(duì)周恩來民本思想的價(jià)值進(jìn)行了分析，進(jìn)一步明確了學(xué)習(xí)和研究周恩來民本思想的重要性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai is one of the new China founded pioneer and founder, he formed the unique concept of the people in the long-term revolutionary struggle and social practice. Zhou Enlai thought of the people is Chinese Zhou Enlai absorbed the traditional thought of the people and the modern western democratic thought in the critique, and Marx's view of masses to summarize a series of the originality of the experience theory base of practice Chinese democratic revolution and socialist construction on the inheritance and development of Marx's concept of the masses and China the traditional thought of the people, is the scientific thought of the people. The people of Zhou Enlai thought of "the people", which exists as an independent individual and have a sense of independence and personality, is the unity of rights and obligations of the carrier. His thought of the people is to the people as the main body, in close contact with the masses and serve the people wholeheartedly, pay attention to the people Love, public opinion, the people's livelihood. At present, we are in the construction of socialist harmonious society, building a well-off society and to promote the construction of the party's great historical process, the research of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people is undoubtedly very important contemporary value. Therefore, the choice of Zhou Enlai thought of the people as the research subject, in order that it will be helpful to solve the current problem conclusion.
This article is based on Zhou Enlai's people - based thought as the main research object. The full text is divided into four parts:
The first part explains the theoretical source and practical basis of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people. China from the traditional thought of the people to the modern bourgeois humanism to Marx's concept of the masses to carefully discuss the theoretical origin of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people; but the lessons from the China revolution and Zhou Enlai's unique personal experience is the basis of practice Zhou Enlai's thought of the people.
The second part is the key part of this article, discusses the basic tenet of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people the basic requirements, the basic principles and basic ideas. All for the people, adhere to the mass line is the basic purpose of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people and the basic requirements; the basic principles of seeking truth from facts is thought to be the people of Zhou Enlai; the basic viewpoints of Zhou Enlai people the thought from the four aspects of "upholding the people's democratic outlook", "rich view of people", "improve people's quality of view" and "protect the people's security concept" to conduct a comprehensive study.
The third part is the characteristics of Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought. This part summarizes the characteristics of Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought, and summarizes the distinct characteristics of Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought, that is, distinct practicality, profound affinity to the people and high degree of scientificity.
The fourth part discusses the value of Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought. This part analyzes the value of Zhou Enlai's people based thought from two aspects of theory and reality, and further clarifies the importance and necessity of learning and studying Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought.
