毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想比較研究

【摘要】: 毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想源自馬克思有關(guān)廉政的理論觀點(diǎn)、列寧的廉政理論和廉政實(shí)踐以及中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中民本思想的精華。毛澤東鄧小平在繼承前人的理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了合乎他們生活的時(shí)代主題和具體的歷史實(shí)踐的廉政思想。把馬克思列寧的廉政理論運(yùn)用到中國(guó)的歷史條件下。在面對(duì)具體實(shí)踐時(shí),把馬克思列寧的廉政理論與中國(guó)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,形成了具有中國(guó)特色、中國(guó)風(fēng)格的廉政思想。這為中國(guó)建立一個(gè)廉潔的政府和國(guó)家提供了一種可資借鑒的發(fā)展模式。 在本文中,筆者的目的是要在對(duì)毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想作出系統(tǒng)的比較研究,以尋求它們的異同。本文第一部分,具體界定了廉政及其廉政的相關(guān)概念,從具體的概念出發(fā),來(lái)理解廉政思想所包含的具體內(nèi)容,為后面論述毛澤東鄧小平的廉政思想作鋪墊。 在第二部分中,首先對(duì)毛澤東廉政思想和鄧小平廉政思想的一致性進(jìn)行比較,論述了兩者在理論淵源、根本宗旨、基本原則具有共同之處,都繼承和發(fā)展了馬列有關(guān)廉政的理論觀點(diǎn)和中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中的民本思想。馬列有關(guān)廉政的理論包括馬克思的人民公仆理論和人民群眾是歷史的創(chuàng)造者和社會(huì)活動(dòng)的主體。基于馬克思廉政理論,列寧提出了密切聯(lián)系群眾、加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和加強(qiáng)權(quán)力的監(jiān)督和制約,把這些思想運(yùn)用到俄國(guó)的具體實(shí)踐中,接受實(shí)踐的檢驗(yàn),取得了一定的成績(jī)。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的民本思想也是毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想的理論淵源。正是基于對(duì)以上三者理論的繼承和發(fā)展,全心全意為人民服務(wù)就成為毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想的共同的根本宗旨;理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、密切聯(lián)系人民群眾以及開展批評(píng)與自我批評(píng)就成為它們共同的原則基礎(chǔ)。堅(jiān)持把這個(gè)宗旨運(yùn)用到具體的實(shí)踐中,就必須密切聯(lián)系人民群眾,做到一切為了群眾、一切依靠群眾,堅(jiān)持從群眾中來(lái)到群眾中去,開展批評(píng)與自我批評(píng),批評(píng)脫離人民群眾、背離人民群眾和不合乎人民群眾利益的思想和行為,這樣才真正做到理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,把廉政思想與人民群眾的實(shí)際聯(lián)系起來(lái)。 在第三部分與第四部分中,對(duì)毛澤東和鄧小平廉政思想的差異性進(jìn)行了比較,并分析產(chǎn)生這些差異的原因。在廉政思想的實(shí)現(xiàn)手段、對(duì)待廉政思想與經(jīng)濟(jì)及其廉政建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的關(guān)系以及廉政思想的核心和實(shí)現(xiàn)的根本途徑三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了具體的論述。論述了毛澤東采用“階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)”的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)手段和鄧小平采用依靠制度和法律的手段。這就為其后論述毛澤東對(duì)廉政與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系認(rèn)識(shí)和鄧小平對(duì)廉政與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系認(rèn)識(shí)埋下伏筆。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析得出兩者廉政思想的重點(diǎn)和根本實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑上的不同。為了更有說(shuō)服力地論述兩者的不同,我們就對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些不同的差異性進(jìn)行了分析,主要是兩種理論產(chǎn)生的國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)歷史背景的不同。對(duì)毛澤東鄧小平廉政思想進(jìn)行比較研究,究竟有著怎樣的意義?在論文的最后,筆者將嘗試給出自己的答案,對(duì)兩者的比較研究,可以更清楚地讓我們理解兩者的思想體系,為新時(shí)期我國(guó)社會(huì)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的國(guó)家政權(quán)建設(shè)提供借鑒。這正是論文的目的之所在,但還有待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Theory of Mao Zedong's thoughts of Deng Xiaoping Marx from the ICAC, the essence of Lenin's theory and the practice and thought of the traditional culture China people. In this paper, the author aims to make a system to Mao Zedong in the comparative study of Deng Xiaoping's thought, to find their similarities and differences. In the first part of this paper, the definition of relevant concepts and the government, starting from the concept, to understand the specific content of the thought contains, for behind the thoughts of Mao Zedong Deng Xiaoping pave the way.
In the second part, firstly, the consistency of the thought of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thought, discussed both in theoretical origin, the fundamental purpose of the basic principles of the common viewpoints, the inheritance and development of Marxism Leninism on the China and excellent traditional culture in the thought of the people. The related theory of Marxism Leninism including Marx's Public Servant Theory and the masses of the people is the main body of history and social activities. Based on the theory of the Marx, Lenin put forward the close contact with the masses and strengthen the leadership of the party and strengthen the supervision and restriction of power, put these ideas in practice in Russia, accept the test of practice, and achieved certain results the theoretical origin of China. The traditional thought of the people is Mao Zedong Deng Xiaoping's thought.
