【摘要】：馬克思主義的群眾觀是馬克思唯物史觀的核心，始終根植于人民群眾是馬克思主義充滿生機(jī)，不可戰(zhàn)勝的根本原因所在。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在馬克思主義群眾觀的指導(dǎo)下，從中國(guó)革命的具體實(shí)際出發(fā)，在實(shí)踐中形成了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀，并在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)建設(shè)、改革的過(guò)程中不斷豐富、充實(shí)人民群眾觀的理論內(nèi)涵，，不斷促進(jìn)人民群眾觀的落實(shí)。當(dāng)前，面對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展中的新問(wèn)題、新情況，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與人民群眾之間的關(guān)系有了新的變化，廣大人民群眾在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和社會(huì)建設(shè)等各個(gè)方面的利益需求也在不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大化、復(fù)雜化。如何在新的歷史時(shí)期繼續(xù)以人民群眾觀為指導(dǎo)，協(xié)調(diào)好人民群眾各方面的利益，維護(hù)好、實(shí)現(xiàn)好最廣大人民群眾的根本利益，密切黨群關(guān)系，對(duì)黨是一個(gè)嚴(yán)肅的考驗(yàn)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀的理論研究，深入總結(jié)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在實(shí)踐人民群眾觀中形成的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合目前黨群關(guān)系面臨的新問(wèn)題，對(duì)人民群眾觀的實(shí)踐提出了嘗試性的對(duì)策。具體講來(lái)，本文分為五部分。第一部分主要講述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀問(wèn)題提出的背景及研究的意義，進(jìn)行相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述及評(píng)價(jià)，闡述研究所采用的思路與方法。第二部分，對(duì)人民群眾觀中的“人民群眾”、“人民群眾觀”的概念及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀的理論來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)，從總體上對(duì)人民群眾觀的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分，集中敘述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀的發(fā)展歷程，對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行全面分析。第四部分，針對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨更好地實(shí)踐人民群眾觀這一歷史課題，結(jié)合當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的矛盾，以黨在十六屆三中全會(huì)提出的“為民、務(wù)實(shí)、清廉”為指導(dǎo)，從黨的建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和生態(tài)等方面著手，對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人民群眾觀的實(shí)踐路徑進(jìn)行針對(duì)性、嘗試性的探析。第五部分為論文的結(jié)語(yǔ)，是對(duì)所研究的問(wèn)題做系統(tǒng)而簡(jiǎn)要的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The Marxist mass view is the core of Marx's historical materialism, and always rooted in the masses of the people is the fundamental reason why Marxism is full of vitality and invincibility. Proceeding from the concrete reality of the Chinese revolution, the Communist Party of China has formed a mass view of the people in practice, and has enriched and enriched the theoretical connotation of the people's view in the process of leading China's construction and reform. At present, in the face of new problems and new situations in China's development, the relationship between the CPC and the masses of the people has undergone new changes, and the broad masses of the people are in the economic and political fields. The interests of various fields, such as cultural and social construction, are also being continuously expanded and complicated. How to continue to take the view of the masses as the guide in the new historical period, to coordinate the interests of all aspects of the masses, and to safeguard them well, The realization of the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people and close relations between the Party and the masses is a serious test for the Party. Based on the theoretical study of the people's view of the Communist Party of China, this paper sums up the experience of the Communist Party of China in the practice of the people's view, and combines with the new problems facing the relationship between the Party and the masses at present. This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly describes the background and significance of the research on the people's view of the Communist Party of China, carries on the related literature review and the appraisal. The second part analyzes and summarizes the concepts of "people", "people's mass" and the theoretical sources of the people's view of the Communist Party of China. The third part focuses on the development of the people's view of the Communist Party of China, and analyzes the content of the people's view of the Communist Party of China in an all-round way. Part 4th, In view of the historical task of the Communist Party of China in the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics to better practice the view of the masses, and in the light of the current situation and contradictions in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Under the guidance of the third Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee on "serving the people, being pragmatic and incorruptible," and starting from the aspects of party building, economy, politics, culture and ecology, this paper aims at the practical path of the mass view of the Chinese Communist Party. Part 5th is the conclusion of the thesis, which is a systematic and brief summary of the problems studied.
