【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展形成了嚴(yán)重的二元結(jié)構(gòu)。在這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)下，城鄉(xiāng)分割狀況突出，城鄉(xiāng)差距仍然很大，“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題依然突出。城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系發(fā)展失衡是當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中最為突出的矛盾之一，已經(jīng)制約了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，威脅社會(huì)公正和農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，甚至?xí)魅鯃?zhí)政黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)。統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是黨中央在新的歷史條件下科學(xué)判斷形勢(shì)，正確把握城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展關(guān)系作出的重大決策。本文通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思恩格斯“城鄉(xiāng)融合”思想的基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整理和研究，結(jié)合我國(guó)建國(guó)后城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系演變歷程以及當(dāng)前我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問(wèn)題，，論述了馬克思恩格斯城鄉(xiāng)融合思想對(duì)中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的意義。正文分四部分內(nèi)容： 第一部分：論述了研究緣起，分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，這部分是研究進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)和前提。闡述本文采用的研究方法以及本文的主要內(nèi)容。 第二部分：闡述馬克思恩格斯“城鄉(xiāng)融合”思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。這部分界定了馬克思恩格斯“城鄉(xiāng)融合”思想概念。通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思、恩格斯相關(guān)著作文獻(xiàn)中關(guān)于城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的文本進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理，論述馬克思恩格斯“城鄉(xiāng)融合”思想的基本內(nèi)容，主要包括：城鄉(xiāng)分離是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)；城鄉(xiāng)對(duì)立的條件和基礎(chǔ)；城鄉(xiāng)對(duì)立的影響；城鄉(xiāng)融合的基本構(gòu)想等。 第三部分對(duì)中國(guó)建國(guó)后城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的演變歷程做了梳理，并分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀，重點(diǎn)闡述了城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系不協(xié)調(diào)的消極影響，包括制約中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，威脅社會(huì)公正和農(nóng)村社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，削弱黨執(zhí)政社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。 第四部分指出馬克思恩格斯“城鄉(xiāng)融合”思想對(duì)中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的意義。包括正確認(rèn)識(shí)處理城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系，明確實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)融合是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過(guò)程，進(jìn)行制度安排實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)融合，實(shí)行工業(yè)反哺農(nóng)業(yè)，城市帶動(dòng)農(nóng)村，借助現(xiàn)代科技推動(dòng)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China's urban and rural economic and social development has formed two yuan structure serious. In this structure, urban-rural status prominent, is still a big gap between urban and rural areas, the "three rural" issues are still outstanding. The imbalance between urban and rural development is the relationship between China's economic and social development in one of the most prominent contradictions, has restricted the sustainable development of Chinese the threat of economic, social justice and stable development of rural areas, even weaken the ruling foundation of the ruling party. The coordinated development of urban and rural is the CPC Central Committee in the new historical conditions of scientific judgment of the situation, correctly grasp the great decision made the relationship between urban and rural development. This paper through the collation and study of the basic content of Marx Engels's "urban-rural integration" thought with, after the founding of our country, the relationship between urban and rural areas and the evolution of the relationship between urban and rural areas in our country present situation and main problems, discusses the city of Gus Max Don The meaning of Rural Integration Thought on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in China. The text is divided into four parts:
The first part discusses the origin of the research, and analyzes the research status at home and abroad. This part is the basis and premise for the research. The research methods and the main contents of this paper are expounded.
The second part: the scientific connotation of Marx described Engels "urban and rural integration theory. This part defines the Marx Engels" urban-rural integration "concept. According to Marx, on the relationship between urban and rural areas of the text of Engels" in the literature systematically, discusses Marx Engels's "urban and rural integration theory of the basic content, including: the separation of urban and rural areas is the inevitable trend of the development of productive forces; and the foundation between urban and rural areas; influence between urban and rural areas; urban and rural integration of the basic idea.
The third part of the history of evolution of the relationship between urban and rural China after the founding of the do the sort, and the analysis of the current situation of China relationship between urban and rural areas, focusing on the negative effect of coordination between urban and rural, including China restricts the sustainable development of economy, the threat of social justice and social stability in the countryside development, weaken the party's ruling social foundation.
The fourth part points out that Marx Engels's "urban and rural integration theory significance for the coordinated development of urban and rural Chinese. Including correctly understand and handle the relationship between urban and rural areas, realize the integration of urban and rural areas is a long-term process of institutional arrangements to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas, the implementation of industry nurturing agriculture, promote rural city, with the help of modern science and technology to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
