【摘要】：長(zhǎng)時(shí)間以來(lái),很多人都把馬克思的文化哲學(xué)思想與馬克思的文化的哲學(xué)思想相提并論、混為一談,從而得出馬克思沒有文化哲學(xué)思想的論斷。因?yàn)?在他們看來(lái),在馬克思畢生的研究著述中,他從未使用過文化哲學(xué)一詞,也沒有專門關(guān)于文化哲學(xué)的著述。對(duì)于馬克思文化哲學(xué)思想的研究,我們不能僅僅從概念出發(fā),而要從他文化哲學(xué)思想的理論根源入手。馬克思充分吸收前人的優(yōu)秀文化成果,尤其是當(dāng)時(shí)盛行的歷史哲學(xué)思想、浪漫主義思潮以及文化人類學(xué)成果對(duì)他都產(chǎn)生了積極的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上,他創(chuàng)立了“以實(shí)踐和辯證法為內(nèi)核的”①文化哲學(xué)理論。馬克思本著反思現(xiàn)代化的精神,從實(shí)踐的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),探究人類的自由、解放和全面發(fā)展,形成了他完善、系統(tǒng)的文化哲學(xué)思想。 從2000年黨的十五屆五中全會(huì)首次提出“完善文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,加強(qiáng)文化市場(chǎng)建設(shè)和管理,推動(dòng)有關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展”②的戰(zhàn)略思路一直到黨的十七屆六中全會(huì)提出建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)的奮斗目標(biāo),這一階段是我國(guó)歷史上文化建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn)的時(shí)期,取得了突出的成就。但文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)是一個(gè)龐大而系統(tǒng)的工程,也是一個(gè)十分漫長(zhǎng)的過程。文化的建設(shè)、發(fā)展離不開文化哲學(xué)的指導(dǎo)作用,而“文化哲學(xué)應(yīng)該對(duì)人類的一切文化關(guān)系尤其是新生的文化關(guān)系予以高度關(guān)切,推動(dòng)人類文化關(guān)系向和揩、豐富、健康的方向發(fā)展,但對(duì)這些基本的文化關(guān)系的反思、調(diào)試仍然是文化哲學(xué)的基本任務(wù)�！雹垴R克思以實(shí)踐和辯證法為內(nèi)核的文化哲學(xué)思想是國(guó)內(nèi)外馬克思主義者研究文化哲學(xué)的起點(diǎn),是科學(xué)的世界觀和方法論,對(duì)我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義。馬克思文化哲學(xué)思想從哲學(xué)的高度對(duì)我國(guó)的文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)給予科學(xué)的指導(dǎo),使我國(guó)的文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)能夠得到科學(xué)發(fā)展。 馬克思主義的理論是發(fā)展的理論,是一個(gè)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的理論體系。社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)是在綜合判斷國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際發(fā)展實(shí)際所做出的科學(xué)決策,是我國(guó)當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,是實(shí)事求是的。而在社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)中形成的一系列理論也是對(duì)馬克思文化哲學(xué)思想的豐富和發(fā)展。 本文分三個(gè)部分,主要論述了馬克思的文化哲學(xué)思想,馬克思文化哲學(xué)思想對(duì)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意義,以及社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)是我國(guó)對(duì)馬克思文化哲學(xué)思想的豐富和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:For a long time, many people have compared Marx's cultural philosophy with Marx's cultural philosophy, and come to the conclusion that Marx has no cultural philosophy, because, in their view, Marx has never used the word "cultural philosophy" in his lifetime research works, nor has he written specifically on cultural philosophy. We should not start from the concept alone in the study of Marx's philosophy of culture. Marx fully absorbed the outstanding cultural achievements of his predecessors, especially the historical philosophy thought, the romantic trend and the achievement of cultural anthropology, which had a positive impact on him. On this basis, he founded the "cultural philosophy theory with practice and dialectics as the core". Marx, in the spirit of reflection on modernization and from the point of view of practice, explored the freedom, liberation and all-round development of human beings, which formed his perfection. Systematic cultural philosophy. Since 2000, the Fifth Plenary session of the 15 Central Committee of the Party put forward for the first time "perfecting the policy of cultural industry, strengthening the construction and management of the cultural market," The strategic thinking of promoting the development of cultural industries has been until the sixth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of building a socialist cultural power. This stage is a period of rapid progress in cultural construction in the history of our country. But the construction of cultural power is a huge and systematic project and a very long process. The development of culture can not be separated from the guiding role of cultural philosophy. "Cultural philosophy should be highly concerned about all cultural relations of human beings, especially the new ones, and promote the development of human cultural relations in a rich and healthy direction, but reflect on these basic cultural relations," Debugging is still the basic task of cultural philosophy. "(3) Marx's cultural philosophy with practice and dialectics as its core is the starting point of Marxist research on cultural philosophy at home and abroad, as well as the scientific world outlook and methodology. It is of theoretical and practical significance to the construction of the socialist cultural power in our country. Marx's cultural philosophy thought gives scientific guidance to the construction of our country's cultural power from the height of philosophy. So that the construction of China's cultural power can be scientifically developed. The theory of Marxism is a theory of development and a theoretical system of keeping pace with the times. The construction of a socialist cultural power is a scientific decision made in synthetically judging the reality of domestic and international development, and is the realistic requirement of the current social development of our country. The theory formed in the construction of socialist cultural power also enriches and develops Marx's cultural philosophy. This article is divided into three parts, mainly discusses Marx's cultural philosophy thought, Marx's cultural philosophy thought to the socialism culture powerful country construction instruction significance, And the construction of socialist cultural power is the enrichment and development of Marx's cultural philosophy.
