【摘要】：鄧小平科技思想是鄧小平理論的重要內(nèi)容，是建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的重要指導(dǎo)，是以寬廣眼界觀察世界、作為時(shí)代精神和要求的重要體現(xiàn)；是一個(gè)內(nèi)涵豐富、博大精深的科學(xué)思想體系，具有鮮明的科學(xué)性、時(shí)代性、系統(tǒng)性和實(shí)踐性等特點(diǎn)。鄧小平科技思想的形成，跟其他理論一樣，有其深刻的理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)條件和主觀條件，并且大致經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)期的探索、形成、成熟三個(gè)階段。這一思想對(duì)當(dāng)今世界科技發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了深刻的分析和準(zhǔn)確的判斷，對(duì)新中國(guó)建立以來(lái)科技工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了全面的總結(jié)，提出“科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力”的論斷，為新時(shí)期我國(guó)制定科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展科技事業(yè)提供了最重要的理論和政策依據(jù)。 雖然到目前為止,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)鄧小平科技思想的研究已經(jīng)很多了，但是立足中國(guó)國(guó)情的偉大實(shí)踐，堅(jiān)持辯證的、邏輯的科學(xué)方法,全面、深入、準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)有關(guān)思想進(jìn)一步研究仍有必要。 鄧小平科技思想是繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的科技觀，轉(zhuǎn)變了人們的思想觀念，推動(dòng)了科研機(jī)構(gòu)的改革，培養(yǎng)了數(shù)以千萬(wàn)計(jì)的科技人才，促進(jìn)了高新技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)與發(fā)展，促使科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力，是我國(guó)科技發(fā)展的偉大旗幟。深刻挖掘鄧小平的科技思想，對(duì)于我們深刻理解鄧小平理論,對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略和人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略，推進(jìn)科技事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，，為我國(guó)科技的發(fā)展指明了方向，同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興，推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)、全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第1章引言，主要論述了本文的選題依據(jù)、意義，闡述了本文的研究方法和思路。同時(shí)回顧了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，使本文的研究得以在一個(gè)深厚而豐富的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行。 第2章鄧小平科技思想的形成。本章是全文的理論基礎(chǔ)，較為全面地闡述了鄧小平科技思想體系形成的理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和主觀條件，本章還簡(jiǎn)要論述了從探索到成熟的過(guò)程以及鄧小平科技思想的主要內(nèi)容。 第3章鄧小平科技思想的基本特點(diǎn)。本章從兩個(gè)方面分析了鄧小平科技思想的基本特點(diǎn)：一是鄧小平科技思想具有的理論特點(diǎn)；二是鄧小平科技思想具有的實(shí)踐特點(diǎn)，鄧小平科技思想與中國(guó)國(guó)情想結(jié)合，對(duì)于今天的中國(guó)的科技發(fā)展仍然具有指導(dǎo)性作用和意義。 第4章鄧小平科技思想與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀。本章主要從鄧小平科技思想蘊(yùn)含的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀思想入手，主要闡述了鄧小平科技思想中蘊(yùn)含的以人為本、全面協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的發(fā)展觀的思想。 第5章結(jié)論。在前面章節(jié)分析論述的基礎(chǔ)上，提出改革和完善關(guān)于如何運(yùn)用鄧小平科技思想的相關(guān)建議，以適合我國(guó)當(dāng)前國(guó)情和科技的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國(guó)科技事業(yè)的提升，加快我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)步伐。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of science and technology is an important content of Deng Xiaoping's theory, an important guide to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and an important embodiment of the spirit and requirements of the times. Deng Xiaoping is a rich, broad and profound system of scientific thought, with distinct scientific, contemporary, systematic and practical characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's scientific and technological thoughts are formed in the same way as other theories. Has its profound theoretical basis, realistic condition and subjective condition, and has roughly experienced the long-term exploration, the formation. This thought has carried on the profound analysis and the accurate judgment to the present world science and technology development tendency, has carried on the comprehensive summary to the new China since the foundation of the science and technology work experience and the lesson. The conclusion that science and technology is the first productive force provides the most important theoretical and policy basis for China to formulate the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and to develop science and technology in the new period. Although there have been a lot of researches on Deng Xiaoping's scientific and technological thoughts at home and abroad up to now, based on the great practice of China's national conditions, we should adhere to dialectical and logical scientific methods, comprehensive and in-depth. It is still necessary to further study the relevant ideas accurately. Deng Xiaoping's thought of science and technology inherited and developed the Marxist view of science and technology, changed people's ideas, promoted the reform of scientific research institutions, and trained tens of millions of scientific and technological talents. It has promoted the development and development of high and new technology and its industries and transformed scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces. It is a great banner for the development of science and technology in China. We deeply understand Deng Xiaoping's theory, implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, and promote the vigorous development of science and technology, which indicates the direction for the development of science and technology in our country. At the same time, it is of great practical significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to promote the construction of socialist democracy, to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to build a harmonious socialist society. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the basis and significance of this topic, expounds the research methods and ideas of this paper, and reviews the current research situation at home and abroad.
