【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨歷來就高度重視群眾工作。中國共產(chǎn)黨能否保持與人民群眾的密切關(guān)系，這是與中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的開展密不可分的。無論是在民主革命還是在社會主義建設(shè)時期，中國共產(chǎn)黨都積累了寶貴的群眾工作經(jīng)驗。可以說，群眾工作問題是中國共產(chǎn)黨長期的政治任務(wù)和永恒的工作主題。 伴隨著改革開放與社會主義建設(shè)的不斷深化與發(fā)展，，國內(nèi)外的局勢也出現(xiàn)了新變化,如何提高新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的科學(xué)化水平問題就又被提上了新的日程。因此，這也就成為了當(dāng)今人們迫切需要面對和認(rèn)真解決的新課題。本文以黨的十八大精神為指導(dǎo)思想,通過對中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作進(jìn)行歷史考察和現(xiàn)實分析，積極地探究新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的新途徑，以求對新形勢下群眾工作的研究有所成效和有所收獲。 本文結(jié)構(gòu)分為四部分。第一部分為緒論，主要探究的是本論文研究的意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、方法以及創(chuàng)新之處，這就為本論文的寫作做好了充足的前期準(zhǔn)備。第二部分為中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的內(nèi)涵、經(jīng)驗與意義。通過對中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的基本內(nèi)涵、歷史經(jīng)驗和現(xiàn)實意義等問題的探討，這為研究新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的創(chuàng)新奠定了扎實的理論依據(jù)。第三部分為新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。中國共產(chǎn)黨的群眾工作在新的形勢下面臨著不同的社會狀況、工作主體和工作對象，這給新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的開展帶來了新挑戰(zhàn)。加強研究新形勢下黨的群眾工作面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)，這為創(chuàng)新新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的途徑指明了方向。第四部分為新形勢下創(chuàng)新中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的基本途徑。結(jié)合新形勢下黨的群眾工作面臨的困難，有針對性的提出加強和改進(jìn)新形勢下群眾工作的新途徑。通過創(chuàng)新中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的思想觀念、服務(wù)平臺和體制機(jī)制等途徑來增強新形勢下中國共產(chǎn)黨群眾工作的績效性。
[Abstract]:The CPC has always attached great importance to mass work and whether the CPC can maintain close relations with the masses. This is inseparable from the development of the mass work of the Communist Party of China, which has accumulated valuable experience in mass work during both the democratic revolution and the period of socialist construction. Mass work is the long-term political task and eternal theme of the CPC. With the continuous deepening and development of reform and opening up and socialist construction, the situation at home and abroad has also undergone new changes. How to improve the scientific level of mass work of the Communist Party of China in the new situation has been put on the new agenda. This has become a new issue that people urgently need to face and seriously solve. This paper takes the 18 spirit of the Party as the guiding ideology, through the historical investigation and practical analysis of the mass work of the Communist Party of China. This paper probes into the new ways of mass work of the Communist Party of China under the new situation in order to have some achievements and gains in the study of mass work under the new situation. The structure of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly explores the significance of this paper, the current situation at home and abroad, methods and innovations. The second part is the connotation, experience and significance of the mass work of the Communist Party of China. The discussion of historical experience and practical significance. This has laid a solid theoretical basis for the study of the innovation of the mass work of the CPC under the new situation. The third part is the new challenge facing the mass work of the CPC under the new situation. The mass work of the CPC is in a new form. In the face of different social conditions. The main body of work and the object of work have brought new challenges to the development of mass work of the Communist Party of China under the new situation, and strengthened the study of the new challenges facing the mass work of the Party under the new situation. This has pointed out the direction for innovating the mass work of the Communist Party of China under the new situation. Part 4th is the basic way to innovate the mass work of the Communist Party of China under the new situation, and the difficulties faced by the mass work of the Party under the new situation. A new way to strengthen and improve mass work under the new situation is put forward, and the ideological concept of mass work of the Communist Party of China is innovated. Service platform and institutional mechanism to enhance the performance of mass work in the new situation.
