【摘要】：毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想作為毛澤東思想的重要組成部分，是毛澤東同志運(yùn)用馬克思主義基本原理解決中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)實(shí)踐問題的積極成果，它是中國(guó)化了的馬克思主義理論。 馬克思主義的經(jīng)典著作，中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化，前蘇聯(lián)對(duì)綜合平衡的探索是毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想的理論基礎(chǔ)。從新民主主義革命時(shí)期，直至社會(huì)主義改造與建設(shè)時(shí)期，毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想都起到了非常深遠(yuǎn)的影響和重要的作用，毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想是在中國(guó)的革命實(shí)踐過程中逐步成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展起來。它的內(nèi)容在廣度上包括政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個(gè)方面，在深度上采眾家之長(zhǎng)博大精深。毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想以全面兼顧全體人民的根本利益的為基礎(chǔ)，以調(diào)動(dòng)一切積極的因素來建設(shè)社會(huì)主義為主要目的，對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了非常重要的作用，是一個(gè)全面、辯證、科學(xué)的思想體系。在新時(shí)期，我們?nèi)匀恍枰\(yùn)用毛澤東的統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義。 毛澤東的統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想有效的團(tuán)結(jié)了可以團(tuán)結(jié)的各種力量，有效的保障了社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行，有效的促進(jìn)了中國(guó)與各個(gè)國(guó)家的友好交流。經(jīng)過中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人實(shí)踐的檢驗(yàn)，更加肯定了統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨中的歷史地位，促進(jìn)了統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想在各個(gè)時(shí)期的繼承和發(fā)展。同時(shí)，毛澤東統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想對(duì)于今天我們解決新的歷史時(shí)期的新問題提供了新的思路，為提高黨的執(zhí)政能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平提供了科學(xué)的方法，為構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)指明了前進(jìn)的方向。因此，無論是在過去、現(xiàn)在還是未來我們都需要堅(jiān)持和運(yùn)用毛澤東的統(tǒng)籌兼顧思想來發(fā)展社會(huì)主義和解決社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought of overall consideration, as an important part of Mao Zedong's thought, is a positive result of Comrade Mao Zedong's application of the basic principles of Marxism to solve the problems of Chinese revolution and construction practice. It is a Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics. The classical works of Marxism, the traditional culture of China and the exploration of comprehensive balance in the former Soviet Union are the theoretical basis of Mao Zedong's overall consideration. Until the period of socialist reform and construction, Mao Zedong has played a very far-reaching and important role in the thought of overall consideration. Mao Zedong's overall thinking is to gradually grow and develop in the course of China's revolutionary practice. Its contents include political, economic, cultural and other aspects in breadth. Mao Zedong's overall consideration is based on the overall consideration of the fundamental interests of all the people, and the main purpose of Mao Zedong is to mobilize all positive factors to build socialism. It has played a very important role in the development of China's socialist cause and is a comprehensive, dialectical and scientific ideological system in the new period. We still need to use Mao Zedong's overall thinking to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong's overall consideration effectively unites the various forces that can be United and effectively guarantees the smooth progress of socialist construction. It has effectively promoted the friendly exchange between China and various countries. Through the examination of the practice of the Chinese Communists, it has affirmed the historical position of the overall consideration thought in the CPC. It has promoted the inheritance and development of the overall consideration thought in each period. At the same time, Mao Zedong's overall consideration thought has provided a new way of thinking for us to solve the new problems in the new historical period today. In order to improve the ruling ability and leadership of the Party to provide a scientific method for the construction of a socialist harmonious society pointed out the way forward. Therefore, whether in the past. Now and in the future, we need to adhere to and use Mao Zedong's thought of overall consideration to develop socialism and solve social problems.
