【摘要】：公權(quán),是政府和公職人員在實(shí)踐為人民服務(wù)過程中的政策工具,是保證多數(shù)人利益和進(jìn)行社會實(shí)踐的工具。由于公權(quán)與多數(shù)人的利益密切相關(guān),所以備受關(guān)注,人民群眾對公權(quán)的使用有知情權(quán)和監(jiān)督權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The public, government and public officials to serve the people in the practice of policy tools, is to ensure that the interests of the majority of people and social practice tool.
