【摘要】：本文根據玄奘翻譯的印度陳那的《因明正理門論》文本,應用現(xiàn)代的邏輯分析方法闡明了陳那新因明體系的邏輯性質是"初步的演繹論證+類比論證",進一步揭示出鄭偉宏先生的"除外說或最大類比說"的問題所在。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on Xuan Zang's translation of Chen Na, India, on the theory of justice in imminence. By using the modern logic analysis method, this paper clarifies that the logical nature of Chen Na Xin Yiming system is "preliminary deductive argumentation and analogy argument", and further reveals the problem of Mr. Zheng Weihong's "exclusion theory or maximum analogy theory".
