[Abstract]:The dispute on conditional sentences can be traced back to at least Stoics period.~1 according to Sextus Empiricus. The Stoic school has four semantic views on conditional sentences. The medieval philosophers continued the discussion of the conditional sentences in the SDO Ge period, but the question seems to be transferred from "why is the semantic theory of conditional sentences" to "" Are there several kinds of conditional terms?
